7PORTFOLIO DE AUTOR

Desde siempre los sueños han sido ilusiones, alucinaciones o miedos, visualizados mientras se duerme, y motivo de múltiples y diversas interpretaciones por parte de los estudiosos del tema. En muchos casos adquieren visos de realidad y en otros se les califica de premoniciones de lo que pudiera suceder en un futuro. Caben las más variadas interpretaciones, pero en general son hechos muy difíciles de materializar o ejecutarse y que se ofrecen mientras dormimos.

Pensé un día no muy lejano ¿Por qué no invertir el proceso? y de un estado de vigilia, partiendo de circunstancias reales, elaborar un sueño con más o menos verosimilitud, incluso deformando una realidad con una visión onírica del tema y que dé pie a las mas var iadas y personales interpretaciones. Nada mejor que las imágenes para lograrlo y estimular la imaginación del espectador.

Espero haber alcanzado mis objetivos y si bien en mi interior figura el título de cada obra, comprobarán que ninguna lo lleva; pues pretendo instar a cada uno a elaborar su propio sueño con su personal subjetividad, estando despierto.SOÑAR nos permite interpretar la esencia misma de la vida con espíritu creativo y una gran dosis de positivismo, mirando el futuro sin miedos y con una mayor estabilidad emocional.

Onírica (fotografía analógica) Datos del Autor

1967: se inicia en la escuela de D. Antonio Carrillo y en el Ateneo Foto Cine Rosario (Argentina) del que llega a ser presidente.

1976: llega a España y se instala en Badajoz; consigue sus primeros premios fotográficos en nuestro país (San Celoni, Tarragona, Casteldefells, Pamplona y Palma de Mallorca).

1977-1980: consigue sus primeros premios internacionales y participa en la fundación de la Agrupación Fotográfica Extremeña.

1980-1990: obtiene premios internacionales en Bélgica, Argentina, Corea y China; la FIAP le concede el título de Artista (1986).

1972-2008: realiza exposiciones individuales en varias ciudades españolas como Badajoz, Córdoba, Málaga, Salamanca, Valencia, Moncada (Barcelona), Monovar (Alicante); y colectivas en Viena, Varsovia, Elvas; participa en la exposición mundial “Around the World whith P.S.A.”.

Libros publicados: “Extremadura en otras imágenes” (1990), editado por la Cosejería de Cultura de la Junta de Extremadura; “Antológica” (2000), con 93 obras, de la Editora Regional de Extremadura.

Since the beginning of time dreams have been illusions, hallucinations or fears, visualized while we sleep, and the grounds of multiple and divers interpretations by those who study the subject. In many cases they acquire sheens of reality and by others they are classified as premonitions of what could happen in the future. The most varied interpretations are possible, but in general they are facts, which are very difficult to materialize or execute as it comes to us while we sleep.

I thought, why not invert the process and from a conscious state, starting with real circumstances, produce a dream with more o les the same likeliness, even deforming a reality with a dreamlike vision of the subject which gives way to the most varied and personal interpretations. Nothing more than the images to obtain this and to stimulate the imagination of the spectator.

I hope I have achieved my objectives and if in my interior there figure the titles of each picture you will realize that none of the photos have one; this is so that each of you elaborate your own dream with your personal subjectivity, being awake.

To dream allows us to interpret the essence of life with a creative sense and being more positive, looking to the future without fears and with more emotional stability.

Oneiric (analog photography) Data of the Author

1967: He starts off in the school of D. Antonio Carrillo and at the Ateneo Foto Cine Rosario (Argentina) of which he became the president.

1976: He arrives in Spain and settles down in Badajoz. He obtains his first photographic prizes in our country (San Celoni, Tarragona, Casteldefells, Pamplona and Palma de Mallorca).

1977-1980: He obtains his first international prizes and participates in the founding of the Extremeña Photographic Association.

1980-1990: He obtains international prizes in Belgium, Argentina, Korea and China; the FIAP grant him the title of Artist (1986).

1972-2008: He holds individual exhibitions in various Spanish cities such as Badajoz, Córdoba, Málaga, Salamanca, Valencia, Moncada (Barcelona), Monovar (Alicante); and collective exhibitions in Viena, Warsaw, Elvas; he also participates in world exhibition “Around the World with P.S.A.”.
