Nc ta ang trong giai on pht trin nhanh chng. Do yu cu pht trin ca t nc th in nng cng pht trin theo kp nhu cu v in. c th a in nng ti cc ph ti cn xy dng cc h thng cung cp in cho cc ph ti ny. Lnh vc cung cp in hin l mt lnh vc ang c rt nhiu vic phi lm. p ng nhu cu ngy cng tng ca sn xut, truyn ti in nng ni chung v thit k cung cp in ni ring, trng H Bch Khoa H Ni ang o to mt i ng ng o cc k s h thng in. CHNG IGII THIU CHUNG V KHU CNG NGHIP I.V TR A L V VAI TR KINH T:

Khu cng nghip c xy dng trn a bn tnh ng Nai, trn mt din tch rng ln gm c 5 nh my v mt khu dn c. Cc nh my u l nhng nh my cng nghip nh v dn dng, c cng sut va v nh, nhng c tm quan trng kh ln trong nn kinh t quc dn. Do ta xp cc nh my v khu dn c vo h loi mt, cn c cung cp in lin tc v an ton.

II. C IM PHN B PH TI

Ph ti in ca khu cng nghip c cp in t ngun h thng c khong cch 15 km qua ng dy trn khng nhm li thp vi cp in p l 35 kV hoc 110 kV. Dung lng ngn mch v pha h p ca trm bin p khu vc 400 MVA. Thi gian xy dng cng trnh l 1nm, sut trit khu l 12%/nm, thi gian vn hnh cng trnh l 30 nm.Bng 1.1 Ph ti khu cng nghip

Khu cng nghip bao gm mt khu lin hp, c xy dng gn vi khu dn c to iu kin thun li cho sn xut v sinh hot va tit kim vn u t xy dng mng in cho khu cng nghip. y u l nhng ngnh cng nghip nh v cc nh my hot ng c lp.CHNG II

KHU CNG NGHIP1. TNG QUAN V CC PHNG PHP XC NH PH TI TNH TON1.1 Khi nim v ph ti tnh ton

Ph ti tnh ton l mt s liu rt c bn dng thit k h thng cung cp in.

Ph ti tnh ton l ph ti gi thit lu di khng i, tng ng vi ph ti thc t ( bin i ) v mt hiu ng nhit ln nht. Ni mt cch khc, ph ti tnh ton cng lm nng vt dn ln ti nhit bng nhit ln nht do ph ti thc t gy ra. Nh vy nu chn cc thit b in theo ph ti tnh ton th c th m bo an ton v mt pht nng cho cc thit b trong mi trng thi vn hnh.1.2Cc phng php xc nh ph ti tnh ton

Hin nay c nhiu nghin cu v cc phng php xc nh ph ti tnh ton, nhng cc phng php c dng ch yu l:a. Phng php xc nh ph ti tnh ton theo cng sut t v h s nhu cu :Mt cch gn ng c th ly P = PmKhi

- Pi, Pmi : cng sut t v cng sut nh mc ca thit b th i ( kW)

- Ptt, Qtt, Stt : cng sut tc dng, phn khng v ton phn tnh ton ca nhm thit b ( kW, kVAR, kVA )

- n : s thit b trong nhm

- Knc : h s nhu cu ca nhm h tiu th c trng tra trong s tay tra cu

Phng php ny c u im l n gin, thun tin. Nhc im ca phng php ny l km chnh xc. Bi h s nhu cu tra trong s tay l mt s liu c nh cho trc, khng ph thuc vo ch vn hnh v s thit b trong nhm.b. Phng php xc nh ph ti tnh ton theo sut ph ti trn mt n v din tch sn xut :

Theo phng php ny th ph ti nh nhn ca nhm thit b s xut hin khi thit b c dng khi ng ln nht m my cn cc thit b khc trong nhm lm vic bnh thng v c tnh theo cng thc sau :

3.4. S B LA CHN THIT B IN

3.4.1. Chn cng sut trm bin p trung tm ca khu cng nghip.

Cc nh my trong khu cng nghip c xp vo h loi I vi ph ti tnh ton ca c khu cng nghip c k n s pht trin trong 10 nm ti l:

SttCN(0)= 15896,1 kVA.

SttCN(10) = 23842,65 kVA

V vy trm bin p trung tm c t 2 my bin p v chn my bin p ca Vit nam sn xut nn khng cn hiu chnh theo nhit (khc=1).

Xt trng hp mt my bin p b s c my bin p cn li c kh nng chy qu ti trong thi gian ngn. Trong trng hp ny cng sut my bin p c xc nh theo cng thc sau:

3.5. TNH TON KINH T K THUT LA CHN PHNG N THIT K

Nhim v ca ngi thit k l chn c phng n cung cp in tt nht, va tha mn cc yu cu k thut ra li va r v vn u t v chi ph vn hnh. V vy ta phi a ra nhiu phng n ri tin hnh tnh ton so snh chn c phng n thit k.

3.6. THHIT K CHI TIT CHO PHNG N LA CHN

3.6.1. Chn dy dn 110kV t h thng v khu cng nghip

La chn ng dy cung cp t H thng in v trm TBATT ca khu cng nghip l ng dy trn khng (DK), chn loi dy dn l dy nhm li thp AC cp in p l 110 kV vi khong cch l = 15km.

- Vi TmaxCN = 4261,43 gi (tnh ton trong phn 3.5.1), tra bng tm c:

Jkt= 1,1 A/mm2

- Chn ng dy l kp dy dn c tit din AC- 70 c r0 = 0,46 (/km

x0= 0,442 (/km vi khong cch trung bnh hnh hc Dtb= 5m; Icp= 265 A

+ Kim tra dy dn chn theo iu kin dng s c. Khi t mt dy, dy cn li s phi truyn ti ton b cng sut, do ta c :

4.2. VCH CC PHNG N CUNG CP IN

Theo tnh ton chng trc th cp in p truyn ti t trm bin p trung tm ca khu cng nghip v nh my l 35 KV.

4.2.1. Phng n v cc trm bin p phn xng:

Cc trm bin p phn xng c la chn trn nguyn tc sau:

1. V tr t trm phi tha mn yu cu : gn tm ph ti; thun tin cho vic vn chuyn, lp t , vn hnh , sa cha my bin p an ton kinh t.

Trong cc trm nh my thng s dng cc kiu trm bin p phn xng:

* Cc trm bin p cung cp cho mt phn xng c th dng loi lin k c mt tng ca trm chung vi tng ca phn xng nh vy tit kim c vn xy dng v t nh hng n cc cng trnh khc.

* Trm lng cng c s dng cung cp in cho mt phn hoc ton b mt phn xng v c chi ph u t thp, vn hnh bo qun thn li song v mt an ton khi c s c trong trm khng cao.

Do tnh cht quan trng ca cc phn xng nn mng cao p trong nh my nn ta dng s hnh tia hoc lin thng. Vi phn xng loi 1 ta dng l kp, vi phn xng thuc h loi 3 ta dng ng dy n. S loi ny c nhiu u im l s u dy r rng, cc trm bin p phn xng c cp in t mt ng dy ring nn t nh hng ln nhau, tin cy cung cp in tng i cao, d thc hin bo v v t ng ha, d vn hnh. Cc ng cp cao p u c t trong cc ng xy ring trong t dc theo cc tuyn giao thng ni b.
