    Kt qu ca ti s l c s xy dng v pht trin mt hng nghin cu mi v ng dng ca cng ngh vt liu, c bit l vt liu nano trong lnh vc kh c in. II. PHNG PHP BALL MILL 1.Gii thiu

    Gii thiu v phng php dng lng tn (Ball Mill) to ra ht kch c nanomet t nguyn liu l ht th kch thc milimet v micromet TiO2 v SiO2, l cc vt liu thng dng c dng lm lp ph bn trong ng c, cng nh kho st cc tnh cht in ca vt liu nano nh tnh cht phng in cc b, phng in ton phn (phng in thc l).

  • 2. Phng php Ball Mill Nguyn l chung ca phng php ny l a nguyn liu l ht th vi kch c

    4. THO LUN V PH VT LIU NANO LN NG C V KT QU

    Hn hp ht nano SiO_2, TiO_2 c trn theo t l 1:3. Sau hn hp ny c trn chung vi lp men bng my to rung siu m. Sau cng, hn hp c trt vo cun dy qun ca ng c cm ng t 3 pha roto lng sc nh trn Hnh 4.1[4].

    Hiu sut c tnh ton bng th nghim c ti cho c hai ng c. Kt qu cho thy ng c c ph nano c hiu sut cao hn gn 4%. Kt qu t c l do gim c tn tht phn cc t bn trong cun dy ca ng c c ph nano.

    5. KT LUN Trong phm vi nghin cu ca ti ny, tc gi trnh by phng php to ra vt

    liu nano SiO2, TiO2 v cc c tnh in, c ca dng vt liu ny, ng thi cc ng dng ca vt liu nano lm lp ph cho dy dn ng c v cht cch in cho ng c t cc bo co [1-4]. Cc kt qu t th nghim cho thy kh nng ng dng cao ca vt liu nano lm tng kh nng chu ng phng in, ko di thi gian chu n mn gy ra do phng in, gip nng cao hiu sut ca ng c in.
