Two Bid system shall be followed for this tender. Tenderers should take due care to submit tenders inaccordance with the requirement. E Tendering is followed in this tender. To familiarize with the system a

demonstration/training on submission of bids through e-mode is arranged on 23.05.2013 at 1400

Hrs. subject to confirmation of participation by prospective bidders, on or before 14.05.2013 please

attend the same.

e-procurement portal has been provided in the aforementioned website against the NIT. The e-procurementportal can be accessed directly at https://etender.ongc.co.in.

This being e-tender no hard copy of bidding document will be sold. Prospective bidders can download thebidding document form ONGC e-procurement website https://etender.ongc.co.in for participation.

However, they will be able to create bid only upon payment of tender fee through payment gateway usingcredit card. In case of any subsequent reversal of credit against credit card payment would lead to rejection

of bids submitted by such bidders.

Firms qualifying for waiver of Tender Fee/Free sale of Tender document shall contact Shri.

Prospective bidders (who have purchased the bidding document) are required to upload their queries inBidders correspondence area, in the C folder, available in the e-procurement website and also send them

by e-mail to: 62442@ongc.co.in. & 45352@ongc.co.in. The queries should be uploaded within thedeadline specified (i.e. before Pre Bid Conference). No further queries will be entertained. Queries related

to standard terms and conditions of the bidding document appearing at Annexure-I, Annexure-II andAnnexure-V will not be entertained.

The bid along with all appendices and copies of documents (including scanned copies of the physicaldocuments) should invariably be submitted in the document area in C -folder before the scheduled dateand time.

In case of unscheduled holiday on the prescribed closing/opening day of bid, the closing / opening date

shall stand re-fixed to next working day, the time notified remaining the same.

Successful bidder shall be in readiness to deploy thevehicles on as and when required basis immediately onissue of LOI/NOA. However, vehicles have to bemobilised against specific job orders, or on instructionfrom Chief Manager (Logistics). Such instructions

shall normally be twenty four hours in advance.

However if required, the notice time may be less than 24Hrs. also subject to a minimum of 2-Hrs. The

requirement will be on need and call basis.
