1. Introduction: This is a detailed user manual for creating a
New Vehicle Registration (NVR) on portal. Dealers / Distributors
can use the link NVR for adding new vehicle registration on
portal.
2. Add NVR
User can click on the CRM link.
On click of CRM link the link NVR displayed to create new
vehicle registration.
On click of NVR link, the following module links are
displayed.
To open the NVR module user can click on New Registration
link.

After clicking on New Registration link the below page will be
displayed to enter Vehicle
Details
If User enters wrong VIN No. an alert will be displayed which is
saying that Not a
Valid VIN.
If NVR is Exists NVR is already done for this VIN No.
If this VIN allocated to another Dealer/Distributor This VIN No
('+@VINNo+') is
allocated to another Distributor.

Note: in the above page indicated by * fields are mandatory.
1. If entered VIN No. is not valid, an alert will be displayed
to User which is saying that Not a Valid VIN No.
2. If NVR is already done for entered VIN an alert will display
which is saying that NVR is already done for this VIN no.
3. If Entered VIN is allocated to another Dealer/Distributor, an
alert will be displayed which is saying that This VIN No is
allocated to another Distributor.
If the user enters valid VIN No. in that case vehicle details
like Engine, Model, color,
Invoice No and Invoice Date will be populated automatically as
shown in below screen
shot.

After entering valid VIN No. user has to enter valid data in all
mandatory fields.
If user doesnt want to enter Driver Details Check the Self
Driven Checkbox. If user checked the self
driven the driver information table will be hidden.
By default its checked
If user wants to enter more Owned Vehicles, in
that case click on Add Vehicle link one more
text will be displayed.
Click on submit to
generate NVR

After entering all valid data in NVR form, click on Submit
button to generate NVR.
If NVR not get generated same above page will be displayed to
the user with error
message saying that NVR is not generated. Please try again.
If NVR get generated successfully, the below page will be
displayed.

3. Change Owner
How to reach: GlobalDMS Site _ Login _ CRM NVR Change Owner.
After Clicking on change Owner the page will be displayed.
Enter Valid VIN No.

1. Enter valid VIN No. to Modify. 2. After entering VIN No.
click on submit button.
After clicking on submit button the NVR details will be
displayed to modify.
In the above page user can add new owner details like
Veh.Reg.No., Vehicle Usage
and Owner Details to existing NVR.
If user wants to enter Driver Details also, in that case uncheck
the Self Driven field.
Click on submit get modify page

Click on submit to
modify details Click on close to cancel
modify.

After clicking on submit button the below page will be
displayed.
Click on owner link to view
previous owner details Click on Close button to go back to
NVR home page

If click on Owner link the below page will be displayed.
Click Print button to print the
details Click on Close button to
close the window

4. NVR List
User can get list of NVR made on portal by clicking on the NVR
List module.
After clicking on NVR List the below page will be displayed.
In the above list page User can use the Search By drop box to
filter the search
response based on the following search types.
Search Type contains :
1. VIN No 2. Dealer

3. Vehicle Registration No 4. Retail date 5. NVR Date 6. Model
Name
If VIN No. selects as Search Type.
In the above search type user has to enter valid VIN No.
If Dealer selects as Search Type.
In the above search type user has to Select Dealer Name.

If Vehicle Registration No. selects as Search Type.
In the above search type user has to enter valid Registration
No.
If Retail Date selects as Search Type.

In the above search type user has to select Retail from date and
to date to get the list.
If NVR Date selects as Search Type.
In the above search type user has to select NVR from date and to
date to get the list.
If Model Name selects as Search Type.

User needs to select the model name from the model drop
down.
After select/enter proper data in search criteria, click on
Search button to get NVR List.
5. NVR View
User can click on the VIN No. link on the NVR list page to open
view page of the NVR
added for that VIN No.
On clicking of VIN No. hyperlink user will get the NVR view page
as shown below.

On clicking of Owner hyperlink user gets the popup which
contains previous owner
details.
Click on Close button to
close the window
Click on Print button to
