The “KOBAN (Police Box)” are for reporting thefts and violence, asking

for directions, reporting and delivering lost and found items. The police

officers also patrol the area and operate 24 hours a day as neighborhood

police.

To report fire or call for an ambulance, dial “119”to the Fire Department.

Since the same number is used to report fire and to request an ambulance,
