Target Donates Portable DVD Player to STLBand General Manager, Ray Rodriguez, for their recent generosity. Target donated a 22”
portable DVD player that is helping STLB take our message to the general public via video
about upcoming special events. The DVD player donated by Target allows us to take our
engagements. It is also a great tool that we are able to use during vendor shows to allow

Vision loss is not something most of you come across
on a regular basis, but it is very real to lots of
your neighbors here in South Texas. Do you know that
not everyone who is considered “blind” experiences a
complete loss of vision? When you meet someone who
is blind, have you ever found yourself speaking more
loudly to them? Why is that? Have you ever wanted to
help someone whom you know is visually impaired cross
