The soon to be six yearlong investigation into the case against Barack H Obama and his use of a stolensocial security number which belongs to a 120 year old deceased individual by the name of HarryBounel has taken a new course today.  The information obtained was on a Mr. Harry Bounel who wasborn in Russia in 1890 and living in the Bronx, NY as of the 1940 Census.

As per a November 16, 2012 FOIA noted below which clearly proves that the social security number, 042684425 absconded by Obama does not belong to him but in fact belongs to Mr. Harry Bounel.

When the FOIA was requested it was done using the “SS5” request form using the 120 year old rulewhich excludes privacy concerns for information requested for information on a deceased individual’s “SS5” documentation who would over 120 years of age at time of request.  It was completed using the name ofHarry Bounel, SSN 042684425, and the DOB – 1890.

“Judge Hollander in Maryland gives Attorney Orly Taitz 21 days to file a second amended complaint andadd allegations in regards to an improper withholding by the Social Security Administration of records   ofHarry Bounel, whose Social security number is being illegally used by Barack Obama. When Taitz filedthe complaint, SSA did not respond at all.

After the law suit was filed, SSA responded by fraudulently claiming that the records were not found. Taitzresponded that this is a fraudulent assertion, since the records were found before and denied to anotherpetitioner due to privacy concerns, however Social Security has no right to claim privacy as according totheir own 120 year rule they have a duty to release the records.

The judge stated that the plaintiff Taitz might be correct, however at this time she cannot rule in her favoras her original complaint was filed before SSA responded, so the judge gave Taitz an opportunity to refilea second amended complaint and add new allegations, stating the SSA responded but improperly hiddenthe records .

This is a great development. This all but assures that the judge will order the SSA to release the    SS5,Social Security application of resident of CT, Harrison (Harry) Bounel, whose CT SSN 042684425 wasstolen by Obama and used in Obama’s 2009 tax returns, which initially were posted on WhiteHouse.govwithout proper redaction, without flattening of the file .”

For 5 years now Attorney Orly Taitz has pursued the issue of Obama ‘s use offabricated IDs. the most damning evidence against Obama is his use of Connecticut Social Securitynumber 042684425 , which failed EVerify and SSNVS and which was traced to Harry Bounel, born in1890.

Currently there are 7 challenges to Obama brought by Attorney Taitz, two of them are cases specificallydealing with this issue. The cases are slightly different. The latest motion  before Judge Lamberth in DC isbased on Obama’s failed EVerify and his number, which was traced to Bounel. The second case, whichwas  filed in MD, where SSN administration is located, is filed based on Bounel’s name  and the sameSocial Security number and the fact that the regime wrongfully denied access to his application, claimingprivacy, even though he was born over 120 years ago and privacy no longer applies based on 120 yearrule.

Taitz filed a motion for summary judgment. Rod Rosenstein, US attorney for MD, asked presiding judge,Ellen L. Hollander, for more time to respond to a 2 page motion, claiming that 2 weeks were not enough.She granted the request the same day, before the plaintiff could even see the motion to extend time. Shortlythereafter the war or possible war with Syria broke. Now there is a peace agreement, no furtherdistractions, the response id due on Monday and regime ran out of excuses.

Yesterday the regime sent a trial balloon. It published in a couple of blogs (at least one of these blogs isbelieved to be controlled by the regime)  something to the extent that maybe by a typographical error theinformation of Bounel and Obama got crossed in one database. They were quoting a researcher SusanDaniels stating that the information about Bounel found by Albert Hendershot  was a one time thing foundby one researcher, one error in one database. A number of people, who might be connected to the regimeas well, sent Taitz this article to make sure Taitz saw the trial balloon to ascertain  if this latest story wouldfly.

The answer, it will not fly.

Incidently,  researcher Albert Hendershot was visited by the FBI. When he refused to cooperate, he wastackled, thrown on the ground and handcuffed. At that time he was asked for password for his computers.His computers were taken and in fear of being thrown to jail he gave the password. Hendershot publishedan article about his experience and published the receipts given to him by the FBI for his computers.  Thismatter was not litigated yet.

Further on, Attorney Taitz did not submit to court Hendershot’s findings until she had confirmation.Originally, when Taitz talked to investigator Susan Daniels, the investigator said that she could not findBounel’s information and Taitz did not submit Hendershot’s findings to several courts, includingadministrative court in GA, where Daniels testified for Taitz.  Later, in a phone conversation Danielsconfirmed to Taitz that she found Bounel ’s information as well. Only when Taitz had this confirmationfrom a second source, from Daniels, did she submit it to court. Daniels and Hendershot used differentdatabases. Only after Daniels confirmed to Taitz that she found Bounel’s infomation, Taitz contactedHendershot and related to him that his findings were confirmed by Daniels and he wrote a second articleabout it.

If need be, Taitz will provide proof of all of the above.

At this point Obama is cornered. He is using a stolen Social Security number and proven computergenerated forgeries instead of valid IDs.

This might be related or not, but Dan Pfeifer, Obama strategist, who together with PerkinsCoie attorney,Bob Bauer,presented to the public on April 27, 2011  the forgery of the Obama’s birth certificate, wasyesterday taken to the hospital with the stroke like symptoms.

The response is due on Monday, right after Yom Kipur, the Jewish day of atonement. We’ll see what U.S.attorney Rod Rosenstein and  Federal Judge Ellen Lipton Hollander will do.

The case in question is Edward Noonan, et al v. Deborah Bowen, California Secretary of State, and theJustices are finally looking at it thanks to the dogged determination of Orly Taitz. The case calls intoquestion many of the documents Obama (Bounel, Soetoro, Soebarkah, etc.) has used and/or released asauthentic since he came on the national scene. The case contends that the documents — birth certificate,Social Security number, Selective Service registration, etc. — are fakes or forgeries. If that’s the case,Obama should not have been on the California ballot in 2008 and, therefore, should not have received theState’s electoral votes.

Four of the nine Justices must vote to move the case forward. We’ll see.

Meantime, on Feb. 4, Kathleen O’Leary, presiding judge of the 4th District Court of Appeal, reinstated theappeal of Taitz v. Obama et al filed by Taitz when she ran for Senate. That case involves evidence of 1.5million invalid voter registrations in the State of California. The appeal also involves Obama’s lack oflegitimacy to hold the office of President based on his forged IDs, stolen Connecticut Social Securitynumber, the fact the last name he’s using is not legally his and his fraudulent claim to be the U.S. citizen.

Evidence in the case includes:

A certified copy of the passport records of Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, showing her son’slegal last name to be Soebarkah, not Obama.Obama’s school records from Indonesia, showing his citizenship to be Indonesian.Sworn affidavits of top law enforcement experts and investigators, showing Obama’s birth certificateand Selective Service certificate are forgeries and that the Social Security number used by Obama onhis 2009 tax returns as posted on WhiteHouse.gov was fraudulent. (The SSN failed when checkedthrough both EVerify and the Social Security Number Verification Service.)

On another legal front, Obama defaulted in the case of Grinols et al v. Obama et al on Jan. 30 when hefailed to file a response within 21 days of being served notice of the suit. This case also involves Obama’sphony SSN.

[I]nvestigator Albert Hendershot found in the database of http://www.acxiom.com/identitysolutions/acxiomidentitybatchsolutions/ the name of the individual whose Social Security Obama isusing. Acxciombatchsolutions showed (Exhibit 1) that Harry J Bounel with the same Social Securitynumber xxxxx4425 at 5046 S Greenwood Ave in Chicago, home address of Barack Obama,Database shows Bounel with the same address and Social Security number as Barack Obama himself.According to the databases last changes to the information on Harrison (Harry) J Bounel were made inand around November 2009 by Michelle Obama, who is listed as Bounel’s relative. Database changescan involve entering the information or deletion of information. It appears that changes made byrelative Michelle Obama included deletion of information, which was done at a time whenTaitz brought to Federal court in the Central District of California before Judge David O. Carter a caseof election challenge by her client, former U.S. ambassador Dr. Alan Keyes and 40 stateRepresentatives and high ranked members of the U.S. military.

Recently obtained results of the 1940 census, Exhibit 2, provided the last missing link, link (sic)between Harry J. Bounel and the date of birth of 1890.  Exhibit 2 shows the printout of the U.S.census, showing Harry J Bounel, immigrant from Russia, residing at 915 Daly Ave, Bronx, NY, age50 during the 1940 census, meaning he was born in 1890, as shown in the affidavit of InvestigatorsDaniels and Sankey.

There is a pattern of Obstruction of Justice and tampering with the official records andfalsification/forgery of the official records related to Obama. This happens in particular when [GeorgeW.] Bush employees leave their positions and are replaced by Obama appointees.

Taitz has asked for expedited default judgment and post judgment discovery in this case out of fear that anyrecords on hand at the Social Security office will be destroyed when George W. BushappointedCommissioner Michael Astrue leaves office in February. Records that might have proven Obama’sSelective Service registration was a forgery were destroyed in 2009 after Bushappointed Selective ServiceDirector William Chatfield resigned, Taitz alleges.

It is amazing how Congress and the MSM refuse to open the discussion on the socalled inconsistencies /fraud that surround this individual.  In 2011 I performed a live database pull which was actually seen bythe office of FL Congressman Bill Posey which clearly proved that Obama has an alias and that he is infact using a stolen social security number which has now been proven to belong to an individual by thename of Harry Bounel as proven by a SSA FOIA received in November of 2012.

The US Congress and the MSM need to go after the criminal Obama and investigate him the way they didwhen Nixon was caught committing crimes within the Watergate investigation.  Barack Obama is fraudwho has lied to the American people and the MSM along with the US Congress are complicit in this deceiton the United States of America.
