Dear Mr. Mitchell,This email is in response to your April 21, 2013, correspondence to the White House Office of Presidential Correspondence, which asked the Office of Special Counsel to Respond.The Office of Special Counsel received your allegations of prohibited personnel actions, specifically 5 U.S.C. 2302 (b)(1), illegal discrimination, and 2302 (b)(8)and (b)(9), whistleblower retaliation, on March 20, 2013. We informed you of our initial determination to close our inquiry into your allegations in a letter dated June 18, 2013. We then reaffirmed our initial determination and closed your case on July 18, 2013.The Office of Special Counsel will not be taking any further action in this matter. Should you wish to file a complaint with our office again, you may do so online at www.osc.gov.

Ms. Nelson, based on our conversation on 8/21/13 I was under the impression that you were in someagreement in relation to my constructive discharge.
