EMS (Energy Management System) This large-scale power system control system gathers

information on the entire array of power and supply systems and monitors the load frequency on a constant basis in order to optimally control the operation of the power generation equipment connected to the systems, thereby enabling the power systems to supply energy in the most efficient and economic manner.

SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition) This system comprises an RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) that

gathers data from remote machines and sensors and sends it via the wire and wireless communication networks to the monitoring control computer installed in the central monitoring room in order to control the field situation online.

SAS (Substation Automation System) This system comprises the transformer and facility security

systems equipped with digital relays in individual substations. With these two systems, it builds unmanned substations by using automatic operation programs that enable the rapid acquisition of accurate equipment operation information and efficient monitoring and control in real time.

DMS (Distribution Management System) This system is designed to monitor the operational status of

the distribution equipments installed in a power distribution station as well as to monitor and control the operation of equipment using computers and communication technologies.
