Under this scenario, the inundation and riverine flooding in low lying areas of District Hyderabad, Thatta and adjoining areas along with river bed is expected. On 19 August the MIC deployed a team of 5 experts to join the MIC LO in Pakistan. - Several participating states have offered in-kind assistance through the Mechanism.
