Subject: Admission in D.El.Ed Course through NIOS for Sahayikas and Samprasaraks

Sir,As you know according to the RTE Act 2009 every teacher have to acquire 2 years D.El.Ed within

March' 2019 otherwise their services will be terminated. In these circumstances, you are requested to instruct

all the untrained Sahayaks/Sahayikas and Samprasaraks/Samprasarikas of your District to register his/her

name in D.El.Ed course through NIOS immediately for admission. The NIOS has already published

admission notice in it's portal. The NIOS portal for online registration & monitoring of the untrained in­

service teachers IS www.nios.ac.in. Herein to mention that only Sahayikas/Sahayaks and

Samprasaraks/Samprasarikas having name in DISE - 2016-17and are being paid honorarium upto date are

to be enrolled themselves for the said course. In case of any non-payment of honorarium to them, reason of

non-payment proposals are to be sent to PBRSSM for approval of enrolment.

You are therefore requested to instruct the Panchayat Samities to take appropriate steps to enrol all

the Sahayikas/Sahayaks and Samprasaraks/Samprasarikas under their jurisdiction for the said course. The

process of enrolment by the Sahayikas/Sahayaks and Samprasaraks/Samprasarikas are to be completed

within 10th September 2017. The verification by the Muksha Sahayikas/Sahayaks and

Samprasaraks/Samprasarikas or In-Charges are to be completed by 12th September 2017 positively. Data

regarding enrolled Sahayaks/Sahayikas and Samprasaraks/Samprasarikas should be sent to State within 14th

September 2017.

You are further requested to instruct the SSK & MSK Cell, BDOs of all Blocks in your District to

monitor the registration process of Sahayikas and Samprasaraks following the guidelines of NIOS. I am

enclosing herewith a guideline of NIOS & steps for registration of the un-trained Sahayikas/Sahayaks and

Samprasaraks/Samprasarikas for admission in D.El.Ed Course.

Mission and P & RD Department will not be responsible for any failure of enrolment and verification

within the aforementioned dates.

1 Login/Registration/Entry by the Untrained Teacher

1.1 Registration by the Untrained Teacher• The Teacher will register by providing the Following information

Once the Teacher Registers then he/she can Login into the system byproviding the email-Id and the Password given during the registration in theprevious step.

The Edit Button will take back the user to the Registration Form else thePayment Button will take the user to the next step of registration to Paymentgateway for making online payment of Course Fee.

A 10 digit Reference number D+first 4 digits of the UDISE Code+5 digits ofthe serial no. (D360400001) is generated. Automated SMS Alert and Emailis sent to the Teacher regarding registration details with Reference number.

2 Login/Registration/Authentication by the Principal of theSchool ~

2.1 Registration by the Principal of the School• The Principal will register by providing the Following information

2.2 Login by the Principal of the School

Once the Principal Registers then he/she can Login into the system byproviding the email-Id and the Password given during the registration in theprevious step.

2.3 Authentication of the Teacher Record by the Principal of the School

All the data of the Teacher registered with this UDISE code will be displayedin a grid form with Authentication Button

Step-3: Click box "For Teachers Registration"

Step-4: Click "Click Here"on the 1st bullet to register

Step-5: Fill appropriate data in the boxes. Enter the exact DISEcode in the s"Box.SelectType ofSchool (6th Box)as "Govt. Aided" & pressSubmit
