15 sc and 16 rows = 4" [10 cm].

Miss next 3 ch. (1 sc. Ch 3. 3 dc) in next ch. Rep
from * to last 4 ch. Miss next 3 ch. 1 sc in last ch.
Turn.
2nd row: Ch 3. 2 dc in first sc. (1 sc. Ch 3. 3 dc)
