2. CupcakeThe Decorations of the each cupcakes are what really drewme into this storeThe door was open made me feel very excited to get closerto the cupcakes. The Sign outside the store isnt to huge but its enough to getcustomers attention. The color was bright orange it makes me feel mediocre. The floor was tiled and it allows more of an easier way ofkeeping the store sanitary since its a confectionery storeIts low so it makes the store more closed in makes me feellike I wanna be squeezed out of the store. The environment is not loud minus the outside of the mallwith customers walking by and no music playing. 3. I would only stay in the store for about 2 minutes The personnel greeted me right awayThere was no script and they didnt treat any othercustomers different The ratio was 1:4 at the timeThe one out in the front was 30 and was a femaleNo use of store products were used. And they did have auniform She was up to the store image. The first items I notices was the cupcakes and there wasno display table. 4. The cupcakes being behind the counters were the least accessibleThe prices of the products are a little pricey. But the prices were easy to findThere were no impulse items and there was no for sale objects eitherFree samplesCupcakeswere at eye levelMostcustomers were with friends and family and the average age was 30 and walked the same directionAnd 1-2 minutes were spent by other customers and they are more browsingBut most people who came in bought items 5. Best BuyBest buy is a electronic store and I have a lot of electronics so I wanna go inside and explore around to see what is there. The lettering isnt to big but the big yellow tag sign gives it away as best buyThe color scheme is blue and yellow and this doesnt really affecting me because I ammore busy checking out the items in the store. The tiles converts to the carpet when you move inward into the store the carpet is amore easy to vacuum .The ceiling high enough so it doesnt make me feel like I wanna be squeezed out andwith the different departments like the home theater center and music area its the mainreason for the loudness in the store 6. Withthe store decently warm it made people stay in there longer andlook around more. The cash register it toward the front door and security is every where, security devices, metal detectors, ceiling cameras, and attentivepersonnel.I would wanna stay in this store for 2 to 3 hours at the mostThere was at least a 7:50 ratio and the age and gender employeeswere at mostly consisting of men and very few women and their ageswere 30-40 years old.On occasion if a personnel is speaking of phones for example wouldtake out his phone and discuss how he uses his phone and thefeatures it would have and how to use themConsidering their knowledge of electronics they do fit the store image. When I walked in I noticed the cell phones right away because I havebeen thinking about getting a new phone soonFor sale items are indefinite when it come to certain departments withinthe storeThere is toward the middle of the store a dj try out station that you cantry out the machines. 7. Thereare select items that you would have to either have aemployee help you retrieve because it may have a lock, toprevent theft or you have to get it ordered so you canhave it sent to your home. The prices are easy to find and there are plenty of impulseitems at the registers like, candy, soda, headphones etc.A lot of the customers were by themselves bit only a quarterof them were with friends and the rest were with familyThe average age of customers is 18-30 and when they walkinto the store they never walk the same direction and theaverage on how long customers stay in the store is about40minutes to about 2 hoursIt was a split between customers browsing and people on amission and about %60 actually came out of the storewith something 8. RagstockCheap selling clothes and costumedeals pulled me into this store and themain sign is decently sized and placedwhere people can see it but the signshanging up in the store is what reallyattracts the eye of customers. The entire store is suppose to give that urban city feel when you step in the ceiling is lowand gives that very tight fitting feeling and the whole store is surrounded with Music andsounds of customers talking and laughing and trying different clothing . Most with theirfriends I notice a lot of parents tend to avoid this store because of cramp-ness andobnoxious teenagers 9. The store was quiet warm due to a lot of bodies and the crowding of all themerchandise and the only security was metal detectors and only certain items that hadsecurity devices attached to them.I would only stay in that store for 5 to 10 minutes. The sales person took awhile toacknowledge my presence and with no scrpt and without any other customer differncewas remarkably busy and with a 3:50 ratio and customers with friends is just a animalhouseSome of the personnel werewearing outfits the manikins worebut no legit uniform and when Icame into the store I notices theHalloween costumes right away. 10. LEGOLANDI love Legos ever since I was little and always stopping by thisstore is fun because of the massive statues and the little displaysof Legos built like for harry potter, star wars architectural buildingslike the Eiffel tower.Signage is bright and big enough for any one to see what store itisThe scheme of the store is suppose to be like of like the feel ofyou walking into a Lego built store and it just makes me wannawalk in and check it out just because of the architectural designbesides the Legos alone. With this store being right next the to theme park it was incrediblyloud with screaming and talking and just barely can you hearmusic playing. The stores merchandise or sparse in the sense that it wasorganized not sloppy. 11. There is a distinct smell of restaurants because it is near by thefood court the registers are located toward the back of the store. The security is sparse but it is seen able by mall security and somesecurity camerasI would stay in this store for hours either playing with the legosoutside of the main store where there is two spots that have bins oflegos where you can play and build legosIt was 30 minutes before an employee addressed me there was a 330 rat or employees to customersAbut during the holiday season itgets packed. The employees were around 30-40 year old they woreyellow aprons but they have the store image of the love of legos. The first products I noticed was the Ninjango. There was littleplastic display cases that have built products. Every once a monththere would be a learning to build lesson in a see through windowsto watch the kids learn to built . Its enough to make you feelnostalgic . 12. The for sale items are located at the left side of thestore the more expensive items were mixed out fromthe registers. With impulse items at the front registersmaking it hard for parents to get their kids out of thestore. The prices were somewhat difficult to find. Most customers were with family only a quarter werefriends with friendsThe average age was 12-45. customers scatters andnever go in the same direction when they come into thestoreCutomers would spend 20 minutes to 1 hour in thestore browsing but 15% of customers bought items 13. Hallmark What drew me into this store was this child size husky stuffed animal, that since I am a total sucker for huskies I really wantedWalking into this store was comfortably warm and with a lot of items that were Christmas oriented so it made it more homelyThe the environment was decently quiet so you can think and trulydecide what card or other item to buy the only noise was from theoutside of the store. The cards were sectioned off from holiday themeand random other themes and than in the way back is 99 and 1.99cardsWhen I walked right into the store I was greeted right away by the 2employees who were friend ly and courtesy. They were in their 40sand the amount of customers were three . I would spend about 10 to20 minutes in this store. 14. AeropostaleThe clothing that I get here sometimes fits and its comfortable and itlasts a long time which is fantastic because I wear out shirts like notomorrow. The signage is not hard to noticed and big and red and its a veryattracable color to a lot of peopleHardwood floor to make it seem kinda like a beach house kinda feelingthe registers are toward the back of the stroe and the medal detectors sare toward the front of the store including a couple of securitycameras on the ceilingThere was loud music playing and customers trying to talk to eachotherthe merchandise is crowded so its hard to move around I wouldspend about 20 to 40 minutesI was greeted at the door rioght away being told the deal of the weekor day on select items 15. There was about 20 people in the store at the time and 4employees their age ranged around 20-30 years oldThe employees dressed in areopostale ware. The first product I noticed was the ones on the displaytable the stores products were separated by boy andgirls and than clearance was behind the registers. Most customers were friends with friends the averageage for customers were 13-25 a lot fo the customerswere just browsing 15% bought items
