Behavioural Consultant, Abhishek. G has over 8 years of industry experience including 7 years of hard core experience in Training, Counselling & Psychometric Assessments.

• He is a Certified Master Trainer & Facilitator from Carlton Advanced

Management Institute, USA & Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming from National Federation of Neuro Linguistic Programming [NFNLP], USA

• He has trained over 23000 people across all levels & functions. He has trained

for different industry verticals like Healthcare, Banking, Communication, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Automobiles, Energy, IT & ITES.

• He is also capable in identifying person’s personality through their Handwriting & Signature. With that he can identify what the participants wanted from the program & cater their expectation without even them asking for it

How is mentoring done?

Identified mentors and mentees will attend an awareness workshop

Mentors, Senior Mentors and Junior Mentors are to be included in the organizational chart

Every mentor has 2-3 protégée assigned after matching personalities of mentors and protégées through transactional analysis & thematic Apperception tests

Mentors guide them and make them more responsible and empowered

Proper -guidance is given to the protégée at the right time

Mentors also act as counselors and guide protégées ensure they don’t indulge in impulsive decision making

Consistent review and follow up sessions between mentor and mentees thus boosting productivity
