ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi
dan kompetensi terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan kontrak studi pada home indistri
knalpot MMS dan DRC di Purbalingga. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah
penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan sampel yang digunakan sebesar 75
responden yang terdiri dari karyawan kontrak home indistri knalpot MMS dan DRC
di Purbalingga. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, dan teknik
pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dan uji
reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja
karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan, dan
kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

TO THE CONTRACT EMPLOYEES' WORK PERFORMANCE
IN MMS AND DRC MUFFLER HOME
INDUSTRY OF PURBALINGGA

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to figure out the effect of work discipline, motivation, and
competence to the work performance in MMS and DRC muffler home industry of
Purbalingga. This study was a quantitative research with survey method. Sample of
this study was 75 respondents who were the contract of the muffler home industry
obtained by using saturated sampling technique. Data of the study were tested
through some techniques; validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and
multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicated that work
discipline, motivation, competence had a significant effect on employees' work
performance.
Keywords: work discipline, motivation, competency, and employees’ work
performance.
