SOAL TUGAS

MotorSabuk

Sistem transmisi tenaga dengan sabuk datar (flat belt) digunakan

untuk memindahkan tenaga dari motor dengan poros dan puli-1 ke

poros dan puli-2. Tenaga yang dipindahkan sebesar 50 HP dengan

putaran poros dan puli-1, N1 = 300 RPM dan angka transmisi, i =

0,5 [ Putaran puli-2, N2 = 0,5 N1] .

Diameter puli-2 , D2 = 150 cm, sedangkan jarak poros, a = 160 + ( 10 + X ) cm.

Tebal sabuk, 9 mm dengan masa jenis (densitas) sebesar 1,1 gram masa/

cm3, koefisien gesek sabuk terhadap puli sebesar 0,2 dan tegangan tarik

yang diijinkan sebesar 25 kg/ cm2.

Tentukan :

1. Diameter Puli-1, panjang belt dan sudut kontak

2. Tegangan belt pada sisi tegang (tight, T1) dan kendor (T2)

3. Lebar belt yang diperlukan, dengan memperhitungkan pengaruh gaya

sentrifugal.

4. Buat Gambar Teknik Hasil Rancangan Sistim Transmisinya

To answer the question spit the pulleys into pairs and work out the velocity ration of each pair. Treat the pairs of pulleys as separate questions.Use the diameters when dividing and place the largest number on the top of the division.
