• C282Y :– 1/10 : hétérozygote
– 1/200 : homozygote
– Autosomale récessive
– Pénétrance incomplète
• H63D :– 30% population générale
– Hétérozygotie composite H63D/C282Y : faiblesperturbations du bilan martial
