Parakstot šo pieteikumu, apliecinām, ka: (i) esam iepazinušies ar Vispārīgajiem noteikumiem par garantiju izsniegšanu un apņemamies tos ievērot;(ii) to personu personas dati, kas ir norādīti šajā dokumentā un kas nav Garantijas prasītāja personas dati, ir iegūti likumīgi un ka Garantijas prasītājam ir tiesības šos personas datus izpaust Bankai šī pakalpojuma nodrošināšanas nolūkā. Garantijas prasītājs apstiprina un garantē, ka šādas personas ir informētas par Bankas veiktu personas datu apstrādi un ir piekritušas vai citādi atļāvušas šādu datu apstrādi. Garantijas prasītājs apliecina, ka šīs personas ir informētas par Luminor Privātuma politiku (https://www.luminor.lv/lv/privatuma-politika).By signing this Application we confirm that: (i) we have acquainted ourselves with the General Terms and Conditions on Issuance of Guarantees and have undertaken to follow them; (ii) personal data of persons other than the Applicant provided in this document, is obtained lawfully and that the Applicant is entitled to disclose such personal data to Bank for the purposes of implementation of the requested service(s). The Applicant confirms and guarantees that such persons are informed of the processing of their personal data by Bank and have consented or otherwise legally agreed to such processing. The the Applicant confirms that such persons have been referred to Luminor’s Privacy Policy (https://www.luminor.lv/en/privacy-policy).
