Hometown Weekend

Both Super Bowl City and the NFL Experience will open Saturday, January 30- with the day’s activities topped off by the official re-lighting of The Bay Lights on the Willie L.

Brown, Jr. Bay Bridge. This event will go through till February 8th.

Super San Pedro Square

From Saturday, January 30th through Sunday, February 7 th , one of downtown’s most happening streets transform into a football hub with games, chalk art and a street fair

featuring- local artisans.  

Fan Energy Zone

An all week long experience, the Fan Energy Zone powered by SAP celebrates the Bay Area’s leadership in technology and innovation, and will showcase the latest in

interactive gaming, social media and data visualizations. The Fan Energy Zone will include three different area: The Fan Dome, The Fan Wall, and The Fan Stage.

 

NFL Experience Driven by Hyundai

Beginning January 30th and running through February 7th, the annual NFL Experience Driven by Hyundai will be located at Moscone Center North and South in San Francisco .

GETTING TO THE SUPER BOWL – SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 7th

Valley Transportation Authority is providing enhanced VTA Light Rail systems to get you to and from Levis Stadium. The entire VTA Light

Rail systems will be reconfigured and rescheduled in order to accommodate passengers traveling to and from Levi’s Stadium.

FYI - VTA will operate non-stop Light Rail services between Mountain View and Levi’s Stadium departing every 10 minutes.

CALTRAIN

Caltrain provides services from San Francisco to South San Jose with stops all along the peninsula. On event days, Caltrain transports passengers from all locations to connect with VTA light rail trains or buses at the Mountain View Transit Center, located at Evelyn Ave, and Castro Street. Please visit the Caltrain Super Bowl 50 Schedule for train schedules and information.

Note: Caltrain passengers must purchase a separate ticket to ride the VTA Light Rail. Caltrain and VTA will be offering a special joint Super Bowl

Day Pass ticket for the Super Bowl through its EventTIK app.

Caltrain parking fees and regulations are enforced seven days a week. To address parking demands on Super Bowl Sunday, Caltrain will charge $20 to park in all Caltrain operated lots along the rail corridor.

The Capitol Corridor

The Capital Corridor provides direct service to the Santa Clara/Great America Station at Levi’s® Stadium. Trains are operated by Amtrak and offer spacious, comfortable seating, free Wi-Fi access, and a fully-stocked Café Car. Visit the Capitol Corridor website.

Super Bowl attendees should reserve train tickets online or via Amtrak’s mobile app, in advance. Tickets may also be purchased from any Amtrak ticket agent anywhere in the United States or at Amtrak Quik-Trak machines located at stations. Capitol Corridor tickets are not available by telephone. Please note that the Capitol Corridor does not accept fare payment with Clipper, the San Francisco Bay Area’s all-in-one fare payment card.

From Oakland Coliseum (BART connection; BART fare not included) – $30.00

Here are the best ways to use Capitol Corridor for travel to the Super Bowl game:

Coming from San Francisco:Take a “Dublin/Pleasanton” Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) train from downtown San Francisco and go four stops to the Oakland Coliseum station in the East Bay. The trip takes about 20 minutes and costs $4.05 one way. After exiting BART’s fare gates, follow signs to the Capitol Corridor platform to board your train to the Santa Clara/Great America Station. Tavel time from Oakland Coliseum to Santa Clara is approximately 45 minutes.

Note: BART tickets must be purchased separately from Capitol Corridor train tickets. They are available at ticket vending machines in each BART station and in the Café Car on board Capitol Corridor trains ($8 for a $10 value ticket). BART fares may also be paid with a Clipper card loaded with cash; however, Clipper cards may not be used on the Capitol Corridor.

Coming from Sacramento/East Bay:Board one of the Capitol Corridor’s westbound San Jose trains and travel to the Santa Clara/Great America station. Check our station page to determine the station nearest you. Travel time from Sacramento to Santa Clara is approximately three hours.

Coming from San Jose:Board one of Capitol Corridor’s eastbound trains and travel to the Santa Clara/ Great America Station. Travel time from the San Jose/Diridon station to Santa Clara/Great America is approximately

ADA Parking Information:ADA parking (SEE GENERAL SPECTOR MAP) is offered in select lots. A state issued ADA tag

must accompany your ADA parking permit, and the person to whom the tag is issued must be present in the vehicle.

Once you have purchased an ADA parking permit, you will be contacted by the NFL Mobility Assistance Team to determine your needs once parked. There will be an ADA assistance team

Taxi & Uber Information

Uber drivers will be utilizing Red Lot 7(SEE GENERAL SPECTOR MAP) Taxis will be located on Calle de Luna, east of the stadium No other vehicles will be allowed to drop off in either location Black cars and limos should have purchased a parking permit for each fare at

superbowl.clickandpark.com as there will be no designated black car/limo drop-off or pick-up area.

The Players Super Bowl Tailgate:

10:30am-3:30 pm

• Corner of Tasman Drive and Green American Pkwy, situated in the lot of the Hyatt Regency and the Santa Clara Convention Center (SEE GENERAL SPECTOR MAP).

• Includes an open premium bar, and an all-you-can-eat 5 star food menu prepared by celebrity Chef Guy Fieri. Erin Andrews will host the events, and several athletes are expected to attend. Menu includes:

Q: Are shuttles available from my parking lot to the stadium?A: There are no shuttles to the stadium from any of the parking lots.Any shuttles that typically run for 49ers regular season games will not be running for Super Bowl 50.

Q: Is tailgating allowed in my parking lot?A: You must have a parking permit to park in Levi’s® Stadium parking lots. Fans who have a parking permit may bring their own food and beverages into the parking lot; however, grills and occupying additional parking spots with structures or tents will not be permitted on Super Bowl Sunday.

Q: What time do the parking lots open and close?A: All parking lots open at 9AM PST and close 2 hours after the end of the game. Overnight parking is not available.
