project, a process of turning its

deprived economy character into a

vibrant-attractive waterfront-leisure

district.

Our project is about the welfare of

the forgotten-deprived local

community - when the potential

gentrification takes place. We aim

to provide strategies for these

people so they could benefit:

socially, economically and

environmentally.
