Due to the high elevation difference between the North and South side of the area, the development is concentrated in the South flat part.

To reduce the dirt moving, roads have been designed based on the contour lines, being a complex system of parks and roads.

Pedestrian Road Northern Perimeter Road Internal Roads

Northern Perimeter Road: Double direction's road with double sidewalk and ditch in the external side to collect the mountain runoff water

Internal Road: Single direction’s roads with a car park line and double sidewalk Pedestrian Road: Four pedestrian roads to give pedestrian access to the houses

The grade line has been designed 1 meter under the surface line considering the aggregate material of the platform

There are two big parks, Central and Eastern Park, and ten small landscaped areas to connect the roads

Central Park This park has 4 platforms in a different level to solve the roads connection problem

Platform 1: Connection zone between zone 2 and 4 with a ramp and stairs Platform 2: The biggest area with playground and sport zone Platform 3: A promenade with benches, trees and special lighting Platform 4: A landscape area with a characteristic garden design

Eastern Park Small Landscaped Areas

Eastern Park This park has 4 platforms in a different level to give access from the road with high slope

Platform 1: Leisure zone with barbecues and tables Platform 2: Area with playground and benches without direct access to the road Platform 3: Area with playground and benches with direct access to the road Platform 4: Closed landscape area with the power substation building

There are two zones, the highest one is a extension of the sidewalks with a fountain and benches

The medium zone is an landscaped area. Both are connected with ramps and stairs substation building
