Înfiinţat în anul 2003, biroul de arhitectură CINETIC STUDIO a debutat în domeniul construcţiilor civile cu realizarea unor locuinţe , spaţii comerciale şi amenajări interioare. În cei zece ani de activitate pe lângă creşterea calităţii serviciilor, acestea s-au diversificat şi în domeniul consultanţei pe Fonduri Europene. Programele de arhitectură în care ne-am implicat pornesc de la clădiri de birouri, hale industriale, blocuri de locuinţe, până la parcuri eoliene, amenajare

parcuri si de peisagistică. În acest timp în cadrul firmei s-a proiectat un management prin care a crescut numărul personalului, acest lucru implicând motivarea şi responsabilizarea colegilor. S-a creat un grup de firme subsidiare lui CINETIC STUDIO care în acest moment are rol de manager de proiect şi proiectare de arhitectură şi urbanism. CAD CONCEPT se ocupă de partea de statică, iar DINAMIC PROIECT de toate tipurile de instalaţii. De menţionat că în cadrul CINETIC STUDIO mai avem specialişti topografi, geotehnicieni şi devizieri.

Founded in 2003, the architecture office of CINETIC STUDIO made its entry into the business with the development of residential, retail spaces and interior design.

During the ten years of activity we have improved dramatically the quality of our services and we have also diversified them in the field of consultancy on European funds. The office has been involved in a variety of architectural projects such as office, industry and residential buildings, wind farms, park and landscape design. Also, in the meantime, inside the company the management style that was adopted has increased the staff number and consequently, the motivation and empowerment of our team. In the CINETIC STUDIO team work also topographs, engineers, geotehnicians and devisers.

There was created a subsidiary group of companies derived from CINETIC STUDIO which, at this time, serves as the project manager and urban architecture planner. CAD CONCEPT handles the static side of the project, and DINAMIC PROIECT handles all types of installations.

Investitia propusa consta intr-un imobil de servicii si birouri cu regim de inaltime 2S+P+12, realizat sub forma unor volume cu inaltimi si retrageri succesive, respectind alinierile impuse prin P.U.D.-ul care a precedat proiectul tehnic.

Functiunea principala a cladirii este aceea de birouri si comert aceste functiuni ocupind toate nivelurile supraterane. Parterul si etajul 1 adapostesc spatii comerciale iar nivelurile 2-12 spatii de birouri.

Pentru functionarea corespunzatoare a serviciilor si dotarilor cuprinse se vor mai realiza doua niveluri subterane care vor adaposti parcaje pentru 75 autoturisme, ALA, spatii tehnice, etc. Parcajele subterane se vor face etajat cu ajutorul unor platforme hidraulice tip Wohr parklift 411 sau similar (etajate duble) la nivelul subsolului S2 si Wohr parklift 421 sau similar (etajate triple) la nivelul subsolului S1, inaltimea libera a nivelulurilor permitand acest lucru.

Din punct de vedere functional cladirea este conceputa in sistem “open space” cu spatii largi, compartimentabile in urma inchirierii si cu spatiile tehnice, grupuri sanitare, oficii, depozite si circulatii verticale amplasate grupat, cu posibilitatea rezolvarii instalatiilor pe ghene comune si verticale pe toata inaltimea cladirii.

This project is an office building at 2U+G+12 levels, shaped by several volumes with gradually heights and withdrawals. The shape and the height are the result of the regulations imposed by the PUD project that preceeded the tehnical project.

The main function of the building is office and trade, occupying all the levels above the ground. The ground and first level host the commercial spaces, while the rest of the levels host the offices.

For the proper functioning of the services and features, two more underground levels are designed hosting 75 parking lots, ALA shelter, technical spaces, etc. The underground parking lots will be storied with Wohr parklift 411 hydraulic platform, or similary (double story) at the second underground level and Wohr parklift 421 hydraulic platform, or similary (tripple story)at the first underground level. From the functional point of view the building is conceived as „open space“, having large spaces, that can easily be partitioned when neccessary. All the technical spaces, the toilets, kitchenettes, deposits and vertical circulations are grouped giving the possibility of solving the vertical installations and waste throughout the building height.

In prezent constructia se constituie intr-un ansamblu de 5 corpuri pe parter, construit in mai multe etape. Din acest motiv spatiile care gazduiesc teatrul si anexele sale sunt lipsite de fluxuri clare care ingreuneaza activitatea in cladire. Proiectul de fata urmareste eficientizarea utilizarii acestor spatii, prin crearea unor legaturi mai bune intre diferitele functiuni, si realizarea unor extinderi care sa completeze dotarile existente. Una dintre principalele lucrari propuse se refera la extinderea pe orizonlata a corpului salii de spectacol. Noul corp va facilita accesul spectatorilor direct din strada Andrei Muresanu printr-un foaier cu grupuri sanitare si garderoba, si acces in sala teatrului. Extinderea este atasata spatiului de degajament al scenei, unde printr-un culoar realizat prin mutarea usii ce acum accede in exterior, se propune amenajarea cabinelor actorilor. Anexa cu depozitarea de recuzita se va demola si reconstrui, pe aceeasi amprenta, pe parter si etaj, din pereti de BCA de 30 cm. Scara de acces la etaj va asigura legatura cu spatiile rezultate din etajarea degajamentului si a extinderii.

Currently the building consists in a set of five bodies placed on the ground, built in several stages. For this reason the spaces that house the theater and its annexes are lacking a clear flow that is slowing down the activity in the building. The project aims the efficient use of these spaces by creating better links between different functions, and the development of extensions to complement the existing facilities. One of the main proposed works relate to the horizontal expansion of the theaters body. The new body will facilitate the direct access of the spectators from Andrei Muresanu street through a foyer with toilets and wardrobe, in the theater room. The extension is attached to the degajament space of the stage, where through a corridor made by moving the access door enough space will be created to arrange the actors cabins. The Annex with storage rooms of will be demolished and rebuilt on the same footprint, adding to it a new floor. The staircase will provide access to the new space upstairs resulted from the overlap of the degajament space and the extensions space.

Proiectul prezinta realizarea unei cladiri cu destinatia de locuinta unifamiliala, amplasata in municipiul Alba Iulia.

Terenul destinat amplasarii constructiei propuse se afla in perimetrul construibil al localitatii, si se prezinta plan, fiind marginit la partea de nord de strada Ion Minulescu, la est de proprietatea privata Miclea Andrei, iar la sud si vest de terenuri arabile.

Volumetria este rezultatul a doua corpuri paralelipipedice rotite si suprapuse unul peste celalalt. Aceasta separare volumetrica clara ilustraza si impartirea functionala a incaperilor in casa. Astfel ca, la parter se regaseste zona de zi cu living, dining, bucatarie si anexe, urmand ca la etaj sa fie situate dormitorul principal cu baie proprie si dressing, si alte doua dormitoare cu o baie, conturand zona de noapte.

This project presents the design of a single family house situated in Alba Iulia.

The building site is located inside the built area of the city, being bordered by Ion Minulescu Street on the northern side, by a private propriety on the eastern side and on the other sides by arable lands. The lot has a rectangular flat shape and does not impose any constraint to the volume of the building.

The volumetric form is resulted from the overlap of two rotated paralellipipedic volumes. This clear separation also illustrates the functional division of the rooms in the house. Thus, on the ground floor one can find the day area with the living room, dining room, kitchen and other auxiliary spaces, while on the first floor, one can find the night area with the master bedroom with its own bathroom and dressing room, and two other bedrooms with one bathroom.

Tema beneficiarului este pentru un proiect de casa de vacanta pe parter intr-un sat din judetul Sibiu. Casa se aseaza frumos pe teren, profitand de topometria acestuia pentru realizarea unui subsol cu coborare prin exterior pe langa constructie. Acoperisul intr-o panta se integreaza foarte bine in volumetria simpla, paralelipipedica.

Se intra direct din exterior intr-un spatiu larg, reprezentand zona de zi cu livingul, diningul si bucataria, care se delimiteaza doar prin asezarea mobilierului. Din acest spatiu se accede intr-un hol care deserveste cele trei dormitoare cu doua bai.

Prin proiect se propune imbracarea partiala a fatadei in lemn in acelasi ton cu terasa acoperita, cu elemente verticale si orizontale de lemn.

The client asked for a holiday home project situated somewhere in a village in Sibiu county. The house is only one level, sitting very nicely on the ground, taking advantage of the site topometry, adding an exterior stair that leads to a partial underground level for the basement. The roof has only one slope that completes the simple volume.

The entrance in the house leads directly into a large space that represents the day area having a livingroom, diningroom and kitchen. The whole space is delimited only by the furniture setting. From this space one can enter a hallway that serves the three bedrooms with two bathrooms.

The project comes with the proposal of covering the facade partially in wood integrating the covered terrace that is enclosed with vertical and horizontal wood elements.

Proiectul vizeaza realizarea unei case de locuit cu birou atasat, intr-o zona rezidentiala din Alba Iulia.

Cele doua functiuni sunt separate, astfel ca, la partea dinspre strada se afla biroul cu acces din strada laterala. Locuinta, pozitionata in spate, cu acces din aceeasi strada e impartita functional pe etaje intre cele doua zone de zi si de noapte.

Volumetria minimalista cu acoperis terasa si goluri de lumina pe toata inaltimea incaperilor, precum si tratarea fatadei in culoarea alb, o fac sa se evidentieze printre casele din jur, in acelasi timp reliefand activitatea care se desfasoara in biroul pe care il gazduieste.

This building was created to host a single family house, as well as an office, that is situated in a residential area in Alba Iulia.

The two functions are separated, thus the office is positioned at the front side of the site, with access from the side street. From the same street finds itself the entrance in the house, which is situated at the back of the site. The two areas, day and night, are functionally separated between the two storeys.

The simple volume with terraced roof and wide windows, as well as the white color of the facade make it stand out among the surrounding homes and at the same time it outlines the activities that take place in the office.

The project develops the design for SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE, with ground floor and one level above, located within the limits of the site. The building is located inside the built area of Alba Iulia and has a rectangular flat shape, being surrounded by Traian street on the north-west border and by private proprieties on the other three sides.

Proiectul prezentat are ca obiectiv construirea unui bloc de locuinte cu spatii comerciale, parcari auto si apartamente, in municipiul Targu - Mures, str. Negoiului. Regimul de inaltime va fi D+P+5E. Terenul fiind in panta si aflandu-se la intersectia strazilor Negoiu si Alexandru Papiu Ilarian, a fost posibila sistematizarea acestuia astfel incat accesul la cladire sa se poata face din ambele strazi si sa fie atat auto cat si pietonal. Dinspre strada Alexandru Papiu Ilarian se poate accede in parcarea deschisa din fata blocului formata din 16 locuri de parcare si de aici la demisolul cladirii unde sunt amenajate 9 spatii comerciale, fiecare cu acces direct din exterior, cu depozit si grup sanitar. Tot la demisolul cladii a fost amenajat adapostul de protectie civila si accesul la zona de locuinte care se face prin intermediul unei scari formata din doua rampe de cate 8 trepte fiecare, pe nivel si a unui lift pentru persone. La parterul blocului este amenajat un garaj pentru 42 de autoturisme Accesul autoturismelor in garaj se face dinspre strada Negoiului pe o aleea carosabila, in rampa, acoperita cu covor asfalt. La etajele primele 3 etaje au fost amenajate cate 8 apartamente cu trei camere, pe nivel, iar la etajele 4 si 5 au fost amenajate pe doua nivele 7 apartamente cu 3 camere, 3 apartamente cu 4 camere si un apartament cu 5 camere.

The  project aims the construction of an apartment building with retail space, car parks and apartments, in Targu - Mures, on Negoiu street. The height will be ground and semi-basement, and 5 floors above the ground. The land is sloping and being at the crossroad of Negoiu and Alexander Papiu Ilarian streets it was possible to systematize it so that the entrance to the building will be from both streets and one for auto and one for the pedestrians. From Alexander Papiu Ilarian street one can have access to the open car park in front of the building (consisting of 16 parking spaces) and from there in the basement of the building where are designed nine stores, each with direct access from the outside, with deposit and bathroom. Also in the basement of the building there was designed the shelter for civil protection and the access to the residential area via a staircase consisting of two ramps as 8 steps each per level and an elevator. At the ground level there is a garage for 42 cars. The access is from Negoiu street into an alley, with a ramp covered with asphalt. On the first three floors there are 8 apartments with three rooms each, and the fourth and fifth floors are designed on two levels, so that there are 7 apartments with 3 rooms, 3 apartments with 4 rooms and one 5 rooms apartment.
