phone banking services, among others, as well as self-service banking business. The Bank also involves in provision of financial consulting

and charge agency services. For the nine months ended 30 September 2012, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China interest income

increased 26% to RMB537.32B. Net interest income after loan loss provision increased 18% to RMB285.91B. Net income increased 13%

to RMB185.6B. Net interest income after loan loss provision reflects Net Interest Margin, Total -% increase of 2% to 2.66%. Net income was

partially offset by Interest Expense increase of 42% to RMB225.95B (expense).
