Mr. Vitalik Buterin Co-Founder of Ethereum, Bitcoin Magazine Mr. Buterin is a Russian-Canadian programmer and writer primarily known as a co-founder of Ethereum and as a co-founder of Bitcoin Magazine.

Dr. Jan Willem Kruize Scientific Researcher, Wageningen University & Research Wageningen Economic Research is a leading social-economic research institute in international terms and an independent, strategic partner for government and companies. Mr. Kruize is working in the Scientific Researcher Information Management in Agri-Food at LEI Wageningen.

Mr. Carl Wegner Managing Director, Head of Asia at R3 Prior to R3, Carl was Managing Director and Head of Global Transaction Banking, Greater China at Deutsche Bank. He was also EVP and Shanghai Branch Manager. Before that, he was Managing Director of Transaction Banking for Standard Chartered Bank in Taiwan. Carl has over 30 years of experience in banking and financial services in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Mr. Julian Gordon VP of APAC, Hyperledger Julian is the Vice President, Asia Pacific, for Hyperledger, the Linux Foundation open source collaborative project created to advance cross-industry blockchain. Hyperledger is the Linux Foundation’s fastest ever growing project, with over 150 members globally and 9 open source projects.

Mr. Enrico Lodi Managing Director, CRIF Enrico Lodi is Managing Director at CRIF headquarters in Bologna, managing over worldwide Credit Bureau Services and over some Asian markets. CRIF is a global company which supports and creates value for financial institutions, businesses and consumers, all over the world with a range of information services and solutions for credit and commercial risk management and for marketing.

Mr. Stanley Li IoT & AI, Senior Product Marketing Managers Stanley joined Microsoft in 2003 and is currently the Senior Product Marketing Manager in Cloud & Enterprise Business Group, responsible for all product marketing and operations related to IoT & AI solutions for China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Mr. Chi-Yi Kuan Director of Analytics and Data Mining, LinkedIn Chi-Yi Kuan is a seasoned big data analytics leader with more than 15 years of industry experience in applying the-state-of-the-art big data analytics and solutions, data science, global risk & fraud management, and sales & marketing effectiveness at both Fortune 500 firms and startups. Chi-Yi is dedicated to helping organizations become more data driven and profitable. He combines deep expertise in analytics and data science with business acumen and dynamic technology leadership. Currently, Chi-Yi is director of analytics and data mining at LinkedIn. Previously, he worked at eBay and DemandTec (an IBM Company). He also advises companies on data science to transform high-throughput data into data-driven business decision-making and is a frequent conference speaker in US and Asia. Chi-Yi holds dual M.S. in Statistics and Engineering-Economic Systems & Operations Research from Stanford University.

Dr. Eric Chang Senior Director of Technology Strategy and Communications Microsoft Research Asia Eric is currently the Senior Director of Technology Strategy and Communications of MSR Asia, where his responsibilities include communications, IP portfolio management, and driving new research themes such as eHealth and urban informatics. Prior to his new responsibilities at MSR Asia, Eric co-founded Microsoft Advanced Technology Center (ATC) in 2003 as the Assistant Managing Director. At ATC, Eric led teams to ship features for Windows and Windows Mobile and started a multi-disciplinary incubation team. Eric was one of the founding members of the Research group at Nuance Communications, a pioneer in natural speech interface software for telecommunication systems. While at Nuance, Eric worked on confidence score generation, acoustic modeling, and robust speech detection.
