Current Job Activities

Maintenance & troubleshooting of various instruments of cement plant, (Pyro processing section instruments,Gas analyser panels,Cooler hydraullic panels,ABB VFD panels,Pfister panels etc.), Section Maintenance of IMCC Feeder & PLCs, modification of logic in RS LOGIX 5000 and ECS SCADA Screens, Plant maintenance & material management through SAP.

Knowledge Purview

PLC programming skill in RSlogix 5000 and SCADA system RS 32 view platform and programming skill in FLSmidth Automations ACESYS and Developing SCADA screen in ECS and troubleshooting and maintenance of PLCs.

Establishing communication over Profibus, controlnet, Ethernet, with PLC and other field communicating devices.
