COMPANY’S PROFILE MISSION

La F.lli Prandoni nasce nel 1969 grazie allo spirito manageriale dei due fratelli, Gianni e Alberto Prandoni con l’obiettivo di produrre strutture metalliche per lo stoccaggio di beni industriali in uno stabilimento che copre un’area di circa 3000 mq. La partecipazione e l’esposizione dei propri prodotti a fiere di settore, consente all’azienda a conduzione “famigliare” di far conoscere il proprio marchio in Italia e all’estero, crescendo nel corso degli anni sia nell’organizzazione che nei prodotti, con l’obiettivo sempre vivo di offrire ai propri clienti nuove e più competitive soluzioni.Nell’anno 2005 la nuova generazione ha fatto ingresso nella società e Francesco, laureato in ingegneria gestionale al politecnico di Milano, si è unito all’azienda di famiglia portando nuovo slancio e mettendo le proprie competenze al servizio dei clienti. Ciò ha permesso ed assicurerà anche in futuro di coniugare l’affidabilità del marchio con l’attenzione alle più recenti innovazioni

Il Know – how Prandoni si basa su 40 anni di esperienza nel settore della logistica di magazzino e si avvale di un servizio di ingegneria in sinergia con il Politecnico di Milano.

Our company was established in 1969 thanks to the managerial spirit of two brothers: Gianni and Alberto Prandoni, with the aim of producing metal structures for the storage of industrial goods.The workshop covers an area of approx. 3000 sq mt. The participation to specialised exhibitions allows our family-run company to have its trade mark well known both in Italy and abroad. During the years, both the organisation and the products have evolved, with the aim to offer the best and most economical solutions to our customers.The new generation entered the company in 2005 when Francesco joined the family’s company, after obtaining a degree in management engineering at the Politecnico University of Milan. He brought along new enthusiasm while putting his competence to the service of the customers. Thus the company can and will be able, also in the future, to conjugate the reliability of the trade mark and the attention to the most recent innovations.

Prandoni’s know - how is based on 40 years of experience in the sector of storage logistics. The company makes use of an engineering service in synergy with the Politecnico Institute of Milan.

Since 40 years our company has the mission to improve our technology, our products and the service supplied to the customer, to anticipate their needs and thus simplify their work. Thanks to the long experience, we have been able to reach a prestigious position on the market and our trade mark means high quality and reliability in Italy and abroad. Starting from selected raw materials and respecting the regulations in force, our technicians verify each construction element, with the aid of calculation software, in order to guarantee the respect of safety coefficients. Every day designs are developed, tailor-cut to meet the special requirements of our customers: we submit a detailed lay-out, we make the plant and the installation is performed by experts of the sector.All the steps of the production cycle are controlled as well as the quality of the materials used, both with the material certificates and with tests made upon receipt of the goods, to verify their quality standard. All these elements give high quality and reliability to our materials.

INDUSTRIAL SHELVING

Le nostre scaffalature risultano particolarmente indicate per la realizzazione di magazzini razionali statici (tradizionali e Drive-in) o dinamici (sistemi su basi mobili, a gravità con logica LIFO o FIFO ed il nuovo cart push back con logica LIFO in contropendenza) e con elevata flessibilità di impiego sia in relazione ai materiali da immagazzinare che ai mezzi di movimentazione impiegati.

Gli studi condotti e l’esperienza acquisita, ci consentono di mettere a disposizione dei nostri clienti soluzioni su misura grazie ai numerosi accessori disponibili e di assicurare al prodotto le seguenti prestazioni:

- Semplicità costruttiva: dall’incastro dei due elementi base, fiancata e corrente, si crea la scaffalatura. Ogni fiancata è composta da due montanti collegati tra loro da traversini e diagonali imbullonati. Ogni montante è provvisto di un piede alla base che permette il livellamento, tramite interposizione di adeguati spessori, ed il fissaggio a terra della struttura stessa. I correnti sono realizzati in profilato accoppiato che consente di minimizzare il rapporto peso/sollecitazioni.

- Totale sicurezza: tutti i componenti sono dimensionati per assicurare la massima stabilità, resistenza e rigidezza anche grazie al particolare incastro tra corrente e montante. Tale incastro, frutto di uno studio attento e di una accurata realizzazione, evita che la rotazione dell’estremità del corrente si trasmetta al montante.

- Facilità di montaggio

- Possibilità di regolazione: il ridotto passo di foratura dei montanti consente lo sfruttamento ottimale dell’ altezza disponibile.

- Modularità: la filosofia costruttiva è tale da consentire l’adattabilità delle scaffalature alle mutevoli esigenze del magazzino

- Economicità: l’utilizzo di profilati con sezione opportunamente studiata e con acciai di qualità certificata, ne consente lo sfruttamento ottimale con conseguente riduzione dei costi.

Trattamento superficiale: i correnti sono verniciati nei colori Giallo Ocra, Grigio Ral 7001 o Blu Ral 5010 mentre le fiancate possono essere verniciate o zincate “sendzimir”. In alternativa tutti gli elementi possono essere zincati a caldo.Tutti gli elementi sono fabbricati con acciai di qualità alto resistenziali certificati e sono calcolati in conformità alle normative vigenti. Il coefficiente di sicurezza relativo allo stato tensionale non è mai inferiore ad 1.5.

Our shelves are especially suitable for the construction of rational static (both traditional or driven-in) and dynamical warehouses (mobile base systems, gravity, with LIFO or FIFO logic and the new cart push back with LIFO logic in counterslope), very flexible both as concerns the materials to be stored and the handling means.

Our studies and our experience allow us to offer our customer tailor-made solutions, thanks to the various accessories available. Our products can guarantee:

- Easy construction: the shelving is obtaining by assembling the self locking base plates, sides and braces. Each side is composed of two uprights connected by diagonal bolted traverses. Each upright is fitted with a foot at the base that allows its leveling with the insertion of shims, and the fixing to the ground of the whole structure. The stringers are made of a coupled profile, which minimizes the weight/stress ratio.

- Total safety: all the components are rated for the maximum stability, resistance and stiffness, also thanks to a special locking system between the stringer and the upright. This type of locking, developed after attentive studies and manufactured very accurately, avoids the stringer rotation to be transmitted to the upright.

- Easy assembly

- Possibility of adjustments: the reduced pitch of the boring on the uprights allows to use all the available height to the best.

- Modularity: the shelving can be adapted to ever-changing storing requirements.

- Low cost: the use of profiles with a suitable section and certified steel allows the best exploitation and a reduction of costs.

Surface treatment: the stringers are painted Ochre Yellow, Grey RAL 7001 or Blue RAL 5010, whereas the sides can be painted or Sendzimir galvanized. All the elements can also be hot galvanized.All the elements are manufactured with high quality, high resistance certified steels and they are calculated according to the current standards and regulation. The stress safety coefficient is never below 1.5.

SISTEMA A GRAVITA’ CON LOGICA LIFO

Il sistema compattabile è costituito da scaffalature montate su basi mobili che scorrono su rotaie livellate al pavimento e consente un’elevata densità di stoccaggio. L’accesso al materiale avviene mediante l’apertura del solo corridoio di lavoro interessato e consente di incrementare la capacità di stoccaggio dell’80% o a parità di capacità, di ridurre lo spazio occupato di oltre il 40%.

Il magazzino a gravità è formato da corsie a rulli che assicurano il flusso regolare delle merci. Una volta posizionate su pallet, le merci procedono per gravità sulla corsia a rulli in pendenza verso il lato opposto rispetto al fronte di carico dove possono essere prelevate in modo continuo. Il magazzino a gravità con logica FIFO “first in first out”, assicura l’automatica rotazione dei materiali evitandone l’invecchiamento con particolare riferimento ai prodotti deteriorabili.

Il magazzino a gravità gestito con logica LIFO “Last in first out” si differenzia rispetto alla gestione FIFO, nelle operazioni di deposito/prelievo delle merci. A differenza del sistema precedente, le operazioni vengono gestite dallo stesso fronte e consente lo stoccaggio di merci omogenee a movimentazione ciclica.

The compactable system is composed of shelves installed on mobile bases that run on rails on floor level. It allows a high density of storing. The access to the materials is possible through the opening of the working lane involved only, with the possibility of increasing the storing capacity of 80% or, with the same capacity, to reduce the space occupied of over 40%.

The gravity warehouse is composed of roller ways that ensure a regular inflow of goods. Once the goods are placed on pallets, they proceed by gravity on the sloping roller way towards the side opposite to the loading front, where they can be picked up continuously. The FIFO logic (first in first out) gravity warehouse ensure the automatic rotation of the materials, and it avoids their ageing, especially as concerns deteriorating products.

The gravity system warehouse, managed with LIFO (last in first out) logic, differentiates from the FIFO warehouse as concerns the loading and pick-up of the goods. As opposed to the previous system, the operations are managed on the same front, thus allowing the storing of homogenous goods with cyclic handling.

SCAFFALATURE DRIVE - INDRIVE-IN SHELVING

Il sistema drive – in è indicato per lo stoccaggio ad alta densità di grandi volumi di merci e di articoli omogenei a movimentazione ciclica. Le scaffalature drive-in presentano gli stessi vantaggi del magazzinaggio a blocco e quelli dello stoccaggio scaffalato: ottimizzazione degli spazi grazie allo sfruttamento delle grandi altezze, possibilità di preservare totalmente la merce stoccata ed eliminazione dei corridoi di prelievo.

Tutti i nostri sistemi di stoccaggio possono essere utilizzati per l’immagazzinamento in ambiente a temperatura controllata (celle frigo).

All our warehousing systems can be used for the storage in controlled-temperature rooms (refrigerated cells).

The drive-in system is suitable for the high-density storing of huge volumes of goods and of homogeneous articles with cycling handling- The drive-in shelves have the same advantages of the block and shelved storing: optimization of the spaces thanks to the exploitation of great heights; the possibility of totally preserving the stored goods and the elimination of the pick-up lanes.

MEDIUM-LIGHT SHELVING

La nostra produzione, nel settore medio leggero, comprende scaffalature statiche, MINI 36 e MINI 50, e dinamiche, COMPACT SPACE, ognuna delle quali presenta peculiarità che la qualificano come prodotto di alta qualità.

Lo scaffale MINI 36 è composto da tre elementi base quali montante, traversina e ripiano, a manto intero a gancio o a pannelli modulari, ricavati da profilatura ed incastri senza l’ausilio di bulloni. La portata del piano varia da 80 a 400 Kg c.u.d. (carico uniformemente distribuito) con altezze da 2000 a 7000 mm. e profondità da 300 a 800 mm. Il ridotto passo di foratura dei montanti di 25 mm., consente lo sfruttamento ottimale dell’ altezza disponibile adattandosi alle diverse esigenze.

Lo scaffale MINI 50 è composto da tre elementi base: fiancate, travette e ripiani a manto intero o componibili, entrambi inseriti a scomparsa nelle travette stesse.Le fiancate sono composte da due montanti in profilato di acciaio a dieci spigoli per aumentarne la stabilità e sono uniti da traversini e diagonali a formare una particolare tralicciatura.Le travette contengono i ripiani, a manto intero o componibili; la loro particolare forma oltre ad irrigidire la struttura, svolge anche la funzione di aumentare la portata dei ripiani che varia da 100 a 350 kg c.u.d. (carico uniformemente distribuito) con altezze da 2000 a 7500 mm. e profondità da 300 a 800 mm. (altre dimensioni su richiesta).Il passo di foratura dei montanti è di 30 mm.

Entrambe le tipologie si prestano per la realizzazione di piani soppalcati o a passerella per picking manuale e stoccaggio merce. In aggiunta esistono una vasta gamma di accessori che rendono le nostre strutture flessibili e funzionali. Il materiale può essere zincato “sendzimir” o subire un trattamento di verniciatura nei colori Grigio Ral 7035 o Blu Ral 5010.

Tutti gli elementi sono fabbricati con acciai di qualità alto resistenziali certificati e sono calcolati in conformità alle normative vigenti.

Our production, in the medium-light sector, includes static shelving, such as MINI 36 and MINI 50, and dynamic shelving – COMPACT SPACE. Each of them has got peculiar characteristics that qualify them as a high quality product.

The MINI 36 shelving is composed of three basic elements: upright, transverse and shelf, either full floored, hook type or made of modular panels, obtained by profiles and joints without bolts.The loading capacity of the shelf varies from 80 to 400 kg (uniformly distributed load), with heights from 2000 to 7000 mm and depth from 300 to 800 mm.The reduced pitch of the boring on the uprights allows to use to the best all the available height, thus meeting all the requirements.

The MINI 50 shelving is composed of three basic elements: sides, beams and shelves either full floored or modular, both inserted and disappearing in the beams.The sides are composed of two steel section uprights with ten edges to increase their stability and are connected by cross-and diagonal pieces, to form a special latticeworks.The beans contain the shelves, either full floored or modular. Their special form, besides stiffening the structure, also have the task of increasing the loading capacity of the shelves, which varies from 100 to 350 kg (uniformly distributed load), with heights from 2000 to 7500 mm and depth from 300 to 800 mm (other dimensions can be supplied upon request). The boring pitch of the uprights is 30 mm.

Both types can be used to make loft type or gangway type shelves, for the manual picking and storing of the goods. There is also a wide range of accessories which make our structures both flexible and fully functional. The material can be Sendzimir galvanized or it can be painted Grey RAL 7035 or Blue RAL 5010.

All the elements are made of high resistance certified quality steels and are calculated according to the current regulations.

Il sistema dinamico COMPACT SPACE è costituito da scaffalature montate su basi mobili che scorrono su binari, con movimento manuale o elettromeccanico; è adatto all’archiviazione di tutti i tipi di materiale cartaceo, dai libri da biblioteca ai pesanti faldoni; grazie alle spalle piene e agli schienali posteriori, i libri non cadono da un fronte all’altro. Il sistema è concepito anche per gli usi più svariati con telai porta quadri, appendiabito, cassettiere porta disegni, vetrerie, ecc.

Il nostro sistema presenta caratteristiche esclusive pensate per un’elevata sicurezza con sistema antiribaltamento ed antischiacciamento D.L. 626, una maggiore resistenza e facilità d’uso.

The COMPACT SPACE system is composed of shelves installed on mobile bases that run on rails. Their movement can be manual or electrical and they are suitable for the filing of any type of paper material, from a public library books to heavy ledgers; thanks to the full shoulders and the rear plates the books do not fall from a front to another. The system is conceived for the most varied uses, with picture holding frames, coat hangers, drawing drawers, glassware etc.

Our system has got exclusive characteristics, conceived for a high safety, with an turnover and crashing preventing system, according to D.L. 626, and can ensure a high resistance and easy use.

Il Cantilever è una struttura componibile ed autoportante, adatta alla realizzazione di magazzini razionali statici o dinamici (su basi mobili) per lo stoccaggio di tutti i prodotti sviluppati in lunghezza quali barre, bobine, profilati, lamiere, legname, tubi, etc. La struttura è realizzata utilizzando profili con sezioni e spessori opportunamente studiati e con acciai alto resistenziali certificati; ciò consente uno sfruttamento ottimale con conseguente riduzione dei costi.L’assenza di montanti frontali, peculiarità del prodotto, ne consente l’utilizzo con i più svariati materiali e sistemi di movimentazione.Il sistema è componibile con un numero minimo di elementi:- Colonna- Mensola- Base - Crociera di controvento- Spina di bloccaggio

In aggiunta esistono una vasta gamma di accessori studiati accuratamente per le specifiche esigenze settoriali frutto dell’esperienza acquisita, quali ad esempio supporti per bobine, rompitratta con funzione di ripartitore di carico, piani in continuo realizzati in lamiera grecata o grigliato componibile, etc. La struttura può essere fornita in versione monofronte o bifronte con altezze standard da 2000 a 8000 mm. e fuori standard in funzione delle specifiche esigenze fino a 12000 mm per impianti serviti da traslo-elevatori; la struttura può essere verniciata nei colori Giallo Ocra, Grigio Ral 7001, Blu Ral 5010 o zincata a caldo nel caso in cui venga posizionata all’aperto.Le caratteristiche di questa struttura sono molteplici:

Il cantilever MINI rappresenta la serie leggera; è ideale per lo stoccaggio di materiali medio/leggeri sviluppati in lunghezza quali barre, tubi, profilati, etc. Le ridotte dimensioni della struttura in termini di volume e peso, consentono vantaggi economici nella spedizione. La struttura può essere fornita in versione monofronte o bifronte con altezze da 2000 a 3000 mm., mensole da 400 a 800 mm. e subire un trattamento di verniciatura o zincatura a caldo.

La RASTRELLIERA è una struttura componibile ed autoportante idonea allo stoccaggio verticale di materiali quali barre , profilati di acciaio o legno ed altro materiale sviluppato in lunghezza. La struttura può essere fornita in versione monofronte o bifronte con altezze da 2000 a 4000 mm ed un’ampia gamma di accessori quali ad esempio piano alla base (legno o lamiera inclinata), divisorio verticale per materiale flessibile, mensola in profilo tondo (porta cilindri), etc, rendono il nostro prodotto particolarmente indicato per il settore commerciale, artigianale e metalmeccanico.

MODULAR LOFTS

Il nostro soppalco è una struttura componibile imbullonata adatta a varie tipologie di prodotto e nata per raddoppiare le aree disponibili senza ricorrere ad opere di edilizia. Può essere realizzato in due diverse soluzioni, in carpenteria o in travi modulari SM, la cui scelta è funzione delle diverse esigenze di portata (da 200 a 1500 Kg/mq c.u.d.) nonchè dell’interasse richiesta tra i pilastri. La soluzione in travi modulari SM risulta particolarmente indicata, tra gli altri impieghi, nella realizzazione di aree destinate ad uffici poichè la particolare foratura del profilo consente, ad esempio, il passaggio al suo interno di canaline elettriche che in altro modo andrebbero a ridurre lo spazio sottostante il soppalco. La geometria del profilo unita alla particolare foratura, rendono la nostra struttura unica ed esteticamente piacevole, consentendone l’utilizzo anche in ambienti aperti al pubblico quali show room, ristoranti e negozi.Il piano di calpestio può essere realizzato a scelta nelle seguenti soluzioni:

- Lamiera grecata zincata con finitura in differenti tipologie di legno ignifugo classe 1 (truciolare o medium density)

- Grigliato componibile bugnato, forato o liscio

- Pannelli componibili autoportanti in truciolare ad alta densità, ignifugo e con finitura antisdrucciolo grigio ad uso magazzino o “pepe/sale” idonea come pavimentazione da ufficio e se richiesto è possibile inserire un materiale insonorizzante.

Altre tipologie di pavimentazioni possono essere realizzate sulle specifiche esigenze.

Our lofts are a modular bolted structure, suitable for various types of products, which was developed to double the available areas without using masonry. It can be made of steelworks or of SM modular beams, according to the capacity requirements (from 200 to 1500 kg/sq mt uniformly distributed load) as well as to the span between the posts.The solution with SM posts is especially suitable (among other uses), for the constructions of office space, since the special boring of the profiles allows the passage of electric raceways that would otherwise reduce the space under the loft.The geometry of the profile, together with its special boring, make our structure unique and pleasant to the eye. It can therefore also be used for spaced open to the public, such as show rooms, restaurants and shops.The flooring can be made of:

- galvanized box ribbed steel sheets, with various finishing, such as class 1 fireproof wood planks (chipboard or medium density)

- modular steel sheets, either rusticated, bored or smooth

- self-supporting modular panels of high density chipboard, fireproof and with an antislip grey finish for warehouses or a salt-and-pepper finish, suitable for office flooring. Soundproofing material can be inserted upon request.

Other types of flowing can be offered upon request.

La scaffalatura “SUPER PORTAPALLET” è una struttura componibile ed autoportante, adatta alla realizzazione di magazzini per lo stoccaggio di materiali pesanti quali stampi, lamiere, coils, bobine, etc.La struttura è realizzata utilizzando profili con sezioni e spessori opportunamente studiati e con acciai alto resistenziali certificati; può essere fornita in versione monofronte o bifronte con altezze standard da 3000 a 5000 mm. e lunghezze correnti da 1800 a 4000 mm.

Portata fiancata da 20.000 a 45.000 Kg.

Portata a piano da 5.000 a 15.000 Kg.

Trattamento superficiale: il materiale può essere verniciato nei colori Giallo Ocra, Grigio Ral 7001, Blu Ral 5010 o interamente zincato a caldo.

The “SUPER PALLET RACK” shelving is modular and self-supporting. It is suitable for the construction of warehouses for the storage of heavy material, such as moulds, steel sheets, coils etc.The structure is made of high resistance and certified steel profiles, with suitably calculated sections and thickness. Standard heights from 3000 to 5000 mm. and stringer from 1800 to 4000 mm.

Load capacity of a side: 20.000 to 45.000 kg.

Load capacity for one shelf: 5.000 to 15.000 kg.

Surface treatment: the material can be painted Ochre Yellow, Grey RAL 7001 or Blue RAL 5010, or it can be completely hot galvanized.
