CURRENT PROFILE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as a Design Engineer to Execute the Project from Initial to Final Stage. The Key responsibilities are: Preparing Design, Engineering and Drafting of all electrical drawing in Auto Cad for all type of LT Panels, in -

cluding Product Selection of all electrical switchgears and other handling design level engineering, after Studying the Project file related to specifications, etc.

Develop standards, cells/blocks, libraries, symbols and draft engineering drawings, scheme plans, system configu-ration diagrams, circuits & wiring diagrams per sketches, reference drawings, product manuals etc. Calculation & Selection of Bus bar sizes, Cubicles, etc of Panels.

Generation / drafting of all drawings for Job which includes Covering Page, Panel Specification, GA Drawings, Control Schematic Diagram, Power Diagram, Single Line Diagram, Terminal Detail, Bill of Material, interlock-ing etc, Selecting control schemes, identifying appropriate control system. 

Handling enquiries, understanding specification, preparing and selecting instruments based on type of application and Generate Costing sheet which includes Fabrication, Bus Bar, Wiring, Control Gear, Switchgear, Painting, etc.

Preparation of BOM & Manufacturing drawings for production and solving day to day issues of Production. Man-aging Production Activity.

Checking / Approval of Electrical Drawing and Specification offers submitted by various Suppliers.   Preparation of Bill of quantities as per the drawings and providing input to Purchase department.

Sending enquiry of vendors for pricing as per BOQ, Take care Electrical purchase by Preparing P.O. and check the quality. Revision/reworking of tenders by interacting with the vendors and getting more competitive offers.

Lead projects in Design and Development of Injector Panels, Control desks, Mosaic desks & panels, Relay pan-els, PLC panels, MCC / PCC panels, Mimic panels, Wagon tippler and stacker desk, Purge panels and Power distribution cabinets.
