In der Zusammenarbeit mit der Lieferantenbasis ist der richtige Mix der Lieferanten ausschlaggebend.
Wichtig ist der gesamte Prozess für einen individuellen Lieferanten vom Onboarding über die laufende Entwicklung bis hin zum eventuellen phase out.
Homogene Lieferantenpools müssen durch Category Manager verwaltet und überwacht werden können.
