1) Durante la celebración de este Circuito, se otorgará un (1) CACP al vencedor Macho y

Hembra en cada raza. Dos (2) CACP son necesarios para el título nacional en un circuito

Internacional.

2) Para el título de Campeón Joven Puerto Rico es necesario obtener 2 CACJ durante un

circuito Internacional.

3) Sólo aquellos ejemplares inscritos en clase regular cualifican para la atribución del

CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB. La edad mínima es quince (15) meses de edad. Los ganadores del

CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB cualifican para los títulos Internacional de Belleza de la FCI, SICALAM

y Campeonato Panamericano. Cuatro (4) CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB, bajo cuatro jueces de

diferentes países son necesarios para convertirse en Campeón. La confirmación de cada

entidad es necesaria. Se requiere copia del certificado de Propiedad y Pedigrí del ejemplar

para la homologación del título.

4) Sólo las categorías de Intermedia, Abierta, Trabajo y Campeón, cualifican al ejemplar para

los certificados internacionales. Las clases oficiales que no optan por los certificados

internacionales son: Cachorro, Joven y Veterano. Recuerde que sólo se permite inscribir al

ejemplar en UNA sola categoría en el Circuito y no podrá cambiar la misma durante el

circuito.

5) La homologación del CACP, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB, será oficial, cuando la información

suministrada esté completa y exacta. Cada persona debe llenar con claridad y exactitud la

planilla. Es indispensable incluir el número de registro nacional en caso de estar

previamente registrado. La FCPR NO se responsabiliza en escribirlos. En caso de ERRORES

en el catálogo de participación, el expositor debe de informarlo a la mesa de la

Superintendencia. Si al momento de hacer el informe a la FCI para la homologación de los

CACIB/CACLAB, los documentos de cada ejemplar no están en orden, éstos NO serán

informados, perdiendo en el futuro de hacer cualquier tipo de reclamación.

6) Toda información suministrada por el expositor es considerada BONAFIDE. Ejemplares

inscritos incorrectamente en la clase POR LA PERSONA AUTORIZADA, puede resultar en la

cancelación de inscripción para el Circuito y los premios otorgados pueden ser retirados.

Expositores del extranjero: Puerto Rico es un territorio de los Estados Unidos por lo que los

requisitos sanitarios son los mismos que aplican a la entrada de animales a los Estados Unidos

continentales. Para ver la lista de los requisitos sanitarios de entrada y salida del país visite la

página del Departamento de Agricultura de los Estados Unidos presionando el siguiente botón:

El proceso de juzgamiento está programado a comenzar: Viernes a las 5:30PM y el sábado las

diez (10AM) de la mañana, verificado una vez el cierre de inscripciones. Las instalaciones

estarán abiertas dos (2) horas antes del comienzo de la actividad. Estacionamiento estará

disponible en los horarios establecidos por el encargado. Puede haber un cargo por

estacionamiento por parte del complejo deportivo.

La FCPR no se hará responsable por robos, pérdidas o daños a perros(as) o por daños

ocasionados a objetos en las habitaciones de los hoteles/moteles y/o en las facilidades de la

exposición. Todo expositor será responsable de los daños que pueda ocasionar su perro(a). El

Comité de Exposición puede rehusar recibir las inscripciones sin dar explicación de motivo. El

Comité de Exposición podrá resolver cualquier situación que no esté mencionada en las

regulaciones de la exposición. El Comité de Exposición se reserva el derecho de admisión, de

posponer o cancelar el Circuito Canino. Bajo ninguna circunstancia la FCPR devolverá las

cuotas de inscripción después de la fecha del cierre de inscripciones. Todos los participantes

deberán seguir el Reglamento de Exposiciones de la FCI y FCPR así como el reglamento de

conducta y comportamiento de actividades oficiales de la FCPR. Las mismas pueden bajarse

del internet en http://www.fci.be & www.federacioncanofila.org.

Se multará por la suma de $20.00 a toda persona que no deje sus áreas limpias y/o no recoja

los desperdicios de sus perros(excremento, orín etc) dentro de las facilidades,

estacionamiento y/o áreas verdes) alrededor del complejo.

1- Cachorro de 3 a 6 meses al día del Circuito. No CACP, CACIB/CACLAB/ CACPB/BOB. El Mejor

Cachorro de la Raza competirá para Mejor Cachorro de Exposición cada día.

2- Cachorro de 6 a 9 meses al día del Circuito. No CACP, CACIB/CACLAB/ CACPB/BOB. El

Mejor Cachorro de la Raza competirá para Mejor Cachorro de Exposición cada día.

3- Joven. Perros entre las edades de 9 a 18 meses de edad. No

CACP/CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB para esta clase, compiten para Mejor de la Raza. Ganador

Joven de Raza compite para Mejor Perro Joven de Exposición de cada día. Dos (2) CACJ

son necesarios para el título de Campeón Joven de PR, en un circuito Internacional.

4- Intermedia. Perros entre las edades de 15 a 24 meses de edad. Compiten para el CACP,

CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB y Mejor de la Raza.

5- Abierta. Perros sobre 15 meses de edad al primer día del Circuito. Compiten para el

CACP, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB y Mejor de la Raza.

6- Trabajo. Perros sobre 15 meses de edad al primer día del Circuito. Compiten para el

CACP, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB y Mejor de la Raza. Debe acompañar certificado de la

prueba de trabajo. (solo razas de trabajo)

7- Campeón. Perros que tienen título de campeón de un país miembro de la FCI. Compiten

para el CACP, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB y Mejor de la Raza. Deben acompañar copia del

certificado, de lo contrario se inscribirá en ABIERTA

8- Veterano. Edad mínima del perro son 8 años. Esta clase no lo hace elegible para el CACP,

CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB pero compite para el Mejor de la Raza. Categoría compite

además para Mejor Veterano de Exposición cada día

9- Pareja. Dos (2) ejemplares de la misma raza y dueño pero diferente sexo. Deben estar

inscritos en las clases regulares de este Circuito.

10- Crianza. Compiten un mínimo de tres y máximo de cinco ejemplares, criados por la

misma persona (aunque ésta no sea el propietario). Deben estar inscritos en las clases

regulares de este Circuito.

11- Progenie. Compiten un macho o una hembra acompañado por un mínimo de tres y

máximo de cinco descendientes directos. Deben estar inscritos en las clases regulares de

este Circuito.

12- Nacido en Puerto Rico. Competencia especial para ejemplares, con más de una

generación, nacidos en el territorio de Puerto Rico y cuyo registro pertenezca a la FCPR.

Los certificados de CAC, CACIB, CACLAB & CACPB serán otorgados al seleccionar el macho

vencedor y la hembra vencedora. El Mejor Joven macho y la Mejor Joven hembra, el Mejor

Veterano Macho y la Mejor Veterana Hembra competirán para el Mejor de la Raza y Mejor del

Sexo Opuesto. (Los certificados no serán homologados si no ha entregado copia oficial de un

Pedigrí de tres (3) generaciones de un país reconocido o miembro de la FCI.

Todo ejemplar residente de PR inscrito en las exposiciones de la FCPR

deberá estar inscrito en el libro de orígenes de la FCPR.

A los usuarios de Tarjeta de Crédito, habrá un cargo adicional de $5.00 por cada ejemplar

inscrito, a su Tarjeta de Crédito (evite este cargo utilizando nuestro sistema en línea). NO se

entregará el brazalete si el pago no ha sido efectuado en su totalidad.

Para su conveniencia haga su inscripción utilizando nuestro servicio en línea.

SEGURIDAD: Para esta exposición habrá personal de seguridad durante las horas de la

exposición. La FCPR no se hará responsable de artículos y/o pertenencias personales que

pernocten durante el fin de semana.

Tres (3) patas son necesarias para obtener el título de Obediencia en PC, PCX y PU bajo dos (2)

jueces diferentes. Debe ser cuidadoso al llenar el formulario de inscripción, anotando los días y

sesión/sesiones en que va a participar.

SUBNOVICIO: Ejemplares que sólo deseen competir en Sub-Novicio, deben de estar inscritos

en o antes del cierre de inscripciones establecido. NO se aceptarán inscripciones el mismo día.

Categoría no regular, no puntos.

SE ACEPTAN EJEMPLARES MIXTOS PARA TODAS LAS CATEGORÍAS DE OBEDIENCIA

Todo ejemplar deberá estar debidamente registrado en el libro de orígenes de la Federación

Canófila de Puerto Rico.

Pueden competir niños y jóvenes hasta los 17 años.

Existen tres (3) categorías: Grupo A, niños menores de 6 años; Grupo B, para niños de 6

a 10 años (Categoría no oficial) y Grupo C, para jóvenes de 10 a 17 años (Categoría

Oficial)

Será requerido por reglamento, que el ejemplar que presente el Joven Manejador, esté

inscrito en la competencia regular. No tiene que ser de su propiedad. Sólo se permite

cambio de perro antes del cierre de inscripciones.

Al efectuar el registro de participación, debe escribir bien claro, el nombre del

concursante y fecha de nacimiento. No cumplir con la información solicitada, puede

redundar en la cancelación de la participación.

El COMITÉ ORGANIZADOR puede solicitar copia del certificado de nacimiento o alguna

identificación oficial del competidor para los archivos de la FCPR.

1- Título de Campeón Puertorriqueño al ganador de dos (2) CACP con calificación de

EXCELENTE durante el Circuito Internacional.

2- Título de Campeón Internacional, Latino Americano y Panamericano. Cuatro (4)

certificados, bajo cuatro (4) jueces de diferentes países, son necesarios y deben ser

homologados por cada institución.

3- Gran Campeón Puertorriqueño. Se requiere 4 GCACP, 2 campeones en la clase y sólo

uno GCACP por raza. Debe derrotar a otro campeón.

4- Título de Campeón Joven Puertorriqueño al ganador(a) de dos (2) CACJ con calificación

de EXCELENTE durante el Circuito Internacional.

Las inscripciones deberán ser debidamente completadas por el dueño del ejemplar o por una

persona debidamente autorizada. Bajo ningún concepto personal u oficiales de la FCPR podrán

llenar inscripciones de ningún ejemplar.

No se aceptarán inscripciones incompletas. El responsable de la inscripción debe de

asegurarse que la información provista esté correcta y que se igual a la que aparece en el

Certificado de Registro del ejemplar. Información falsa, incorrecta u omitida podría redundar

en la cancelación de los premios obtenidos. Evite errores utilizando nuestro sistema en línea.

Ejemplares residentes en Puerto Rico

Ejemplares cuyos propietarios residan en Puerto Rico y no provengan de una camada

registrada en el libro de orígenes de la FCPR tendrán que ser registrados en el libro de orígenes

de la FCPR en o antes de los treinta días (30), calendario, posteriores a la fecha de la

exposición. Para información sobre el proceso, deberá de comunicarse con la oficina de

registros de la FCPR.

Ejemplares extranjeros

Ejemplares visitantes que solo competirán en esta competencia y cuyos propietarios no sean

residentes de Puerto Rico deberán de presentar copia del Pedigrí oficial de una organización

reconocida por la FCI.

Inscripciones en línea

Sistema en línea de inscripciones. Forma segura, fácil y confiable. Recibirá evidencia inmediata

de su inscripción. Se acepta: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX, DISCOVER y PayPal.

Inscripciones personales

Sólo se aceptarán inscripciones en el formulario oficial de inscripción de la FCPR. No se

aceptarán inscripciones por correo electrónico. Envíos por correo deberán de estar en las

oficinas de la FCPR antes de la fecha de cierre de inscripciones. Cargo adicional de $5.00 a

inscripciones vía Fax (deben ser confirmadas por teléfono y acompañadas con el pago. Se

recibirán inscripciones en las oficinas de la FCPR y en la Escuela Canina en el estacionamiento

de Kmart de Plaza las Américas el lunes, 28 de abril de 2014 de 7:30p.m. a 10:00p.m. El Cierre

final de inscripciones será el miércoles, 1ro de mayo de 2014 a las 5:30p.m.

1) During the FCI Circuit, one (1) CACP will be awarded to the winners dog and winners bitch

for each breed or variety.

2) Only those dogs that have obtained the CACP are considered for the attribution of the

CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB. The winner (each sex) should be 15 months or older to be eligible for

the CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB certificates. Only the winner of the CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB will be

eligible for the titles of International, Latin American & Pan-American Champions. Four (4)

CACIB/ CACLAB/CACPB are necessary to become a Champion.

3) The classes of individual competition are PUPPY, JUNIOR, INTERMEDIATE, OPEN, UTILITY

and CHAMPION classes. Enrollment is allowed in only one individual class. No changes of

classes will be allowed during the circuit.

4) The Puerto Rico Young Title will be awarded during the International Circuit with only 2

CACJ with qualification of Excellent.

5) The homologation of the CACP, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB can only be made if the information

about the dog is complete and exact. Exhibitors are therefore asked to fill in the enrollment

form with accuracy. Failing to fulfill all necessary documentation, may result in cancellation

of the “certificate”.

6) In case of errors in the catalogue, the exhibitor is requested to inform the Secretariat on the

day of the show.

7) All information provided by the exhibitors is considered BONA FIDE. Dogs incorrectly

entered in any class will result in cancellation of entry and all prizes unduly obtained will be

suspended. Sanctions are provided by the regulations.

To foreign exhibitors – Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory therefore health requirements are the

same that apply to the entry of animals to the continental United States. For the accurate list

of sanitary requirements to enter and leave the country, please visit the U.S. Department of

The Show will begin on Friday at 5:30PM and Saturday at 10:00am, unless otherwise specified

after the closing of entries. Exhibitors with dogs and equipment will be allowed in the premises

two (2) hours before the mentioned hour. We encourage exhibitors to remain at the show

grounds with their dogs until the end of the show as a courtesy to the visitors. Parking Systems

Company may charge a fee at the entrance per car.

The FCPR cannot be held responsible in any way for the theft, loss or damage on dogs or for

damage caused to objects in the rooms at the hotels/motels and/or the show grounds. Every

exhibitor is responsible for any damage that may be caused by his/her dog(s). The Organizing

Committee can refuse enrollments without stating reasons. The Organizing Committee will

resolve cases not listed in the show regulations. The Committee reserves the right to postpone

or cancel the Circuit. By no means will the Organizing Committee return enrollment fees after

the closing of entries. FCI Rules and regulations will be applied in this show. It is the exhibitor’s

responsibility to read and understand the FCI official regulations for dog shows and

International Beauty Championship.

1. Puppy 3 to 6 months on the first day of the Circuit: NO CACP,

CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB/BOB. Best puppy of the breed will compete for Best Puppy in

Show each day.

2. Puppy 6 to 9 months on the first day of the Circuit: NO CACP,

CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB/BOB. Best puppy of the breed will compete for Best Puppy in

Show each day.

3. Junior Class: dogs between 9 to 18 months on the first day of the Circuit. NO CACP,

CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB points for this class, but can compete for BOB. The Best Junior dog

of breed can also compete in Best Junior Dog in Show each day. Two (2) CACJ are

necessary to become a Puerto Rico Junior Champion during an International circuit.

4. Intermediate Class: dogs between 15 to 24 months of age will compete for CACP, CACIB,

CACLAB/CACPB & BOB.

5. Open Class: dogs over 15 months of age on the first day of the Circuit. Compete for

CACP, CACIB, CACLAB/CACPB & BOB.

6. Working Class: Dogs older than 15 months of age on the first day of the Circuit. Title

Certificate must accompany entry. Compete for CACP, CACIB, CACLAB/CACPB & BOB.

(Only Working Breeds)

7. Champion Class: for dogs from an FCI or recognized country. Compete for CACP, CACIB,

CACLAB, CACPB & BOB. Proof must be submitted with entry.

8. Veteran Class: Minimum age is 8 years. This class is not eligible for

CACP/CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB points and can compete for Best of Breed. The Best Veteran

Dog of breed can also compete in Best Veteran Dog in Show.

9. Couple Class: Two (2) dogs from the same breed and owner, different sex. Must be

entered in a regular class during this Circuit. Saturday and Sunday for Best Couple in

Show.

10. Breeders Class: a minimum of three (3) dogs and a maximum of five (5) dogs, bred by

the same person. This person doesn’t need to be the owner. All dogs must be entered in

a regular class during this Circuit. Saturday and Sunday, for Best Breeding Class in Show.

11. Progeny Class: A dog or a bitch competing with a minimum of three (3) dogs and a

maximum of (5) off springs. All dogs must be entered in a regular class during Circuit.

Saturday and Sunday, for Best Progeny Class in Show.

12. Puerto Rican Bred Competition: Special competition for dogs and bitches of any age

born in the territory of Puerto Rico and registered in the FCPR Studbook. Only dogs with

one or more generations in the pedigree.

CACP, CACIB, CACLAB and CACPB will be awarded at the winner dog and winner bitch levels.

Best Junior Dog & Bitch and Best Veteran Dog & Bitch will compete for Best of Breed and Best

Opposite Sex. Certificates will not be granted until an official three-generation pedigree is

submitted. Puerto Rico resident dogs have to be registered in the FCPR Stud Book in order to

compete in FCPR Dog Shows. A fee of $15.00 per dog/entry will be charged to foreign dogs, for

the revalidation of papers of a dog. If your dog already has an FCPR number, you do not have

to pay the revalidation fee.

All dogs must be registered in the FCPR Studbook in order to compete in obedience trials.

Exhibitors must fill out the entry form, informing the category and days on which the dog will

be competing. The CDX title will not be granted until the CD has been completed. Three (3)

legs are necessary to obtain a Puerto Rico Obedience Title under two different judges.

Categories offered are: NOVICE A/B, OPEN A/B and UD. Sub-Novice Competition is offered as

an un-official category. Dogs with PRCD or PRCDX title will compete in the category of Highest

Score Excellence.

No entries will be accepted at the show. Registration regulations apply to all dogs competing in

obedience trials. Mixed breed dogs may compete in all FCPR obedience events.

For children and youngsters from 7 to 17 years old:

Three categories: Group A (unofficial category), under 6 years old. Group B (unofficial

category), from 6 to 10 years old. Group C (Official Category), from 10 to 17 years old.

The dogs presented in Junior Showmanship Competition, must also be entered in a regular

class in this Circuit. The Junior handler presenting a dog might not be the owner. No changes of

dogs will be accepted after the closing of entries. Registration in the space provided in the

enrollment form must clearly state date of birth of the exhibitor on the first day of competition.

The Organizing Committee, for completion of FCPR records, may request a birth certificate.

1. Puerto Rico Champion title for the winner of 2 CACP’s with qualification of EXCELLENT.

2. International, Latin-American Champion and Panamerican Champion. Four (4) points

under four (4) judges from different countries are necessary to become a Champion,

certified by the main institution.

3. Two (2) CACJ in the young class will be offered in this Circuit per sex to become a Young

Puerto Rican Champion.

4. Grand Puerto Rico Champion: 4 CAGC are necessary to become Gran Puerto Rico

Champion. Must defeat another Champion.

The dogs and bitches winning the following classes are eligible for the National Point (CAC), the

International Point (CACIB) the Latin American Point (CACLAB) the Pan-American Point (CACPB)

and their reserves:

The CAC, CACIB, CACLAB & CACPB winner dog, and the CAC, CACIB, CACLAB & CACPB winner

bitch, with the Best Junior Dog and Best Junior Bitch, the Best Veteran Dog and the Best

Veteran Bitch, will then compete for the Best of Breed and Best of Opposite Sex.

Entries must be properly completed by the owner of the dog or by an authorized person. Under

no circumstances, staff or officers of FCPR registrations may not fill any entries.

Incomplete entries will not be accepted and will be returned without notice.. The person

responsible of registration must ensure that the information provided is correct and is the same

as on the Registration Certificate of the dog. False, incorrect and missing information may

result in the cancellation of the awards won.

Residents of Puerto Rico Dogs, whose owners reside in Puerto Rico and are not from a litter registered in the stud book of the FCPR, must be registered in the stud book of the FCPR on or before thirty days (30) calendar after the show. For information about the process, you must contact the registration office of the FCPR.

Visitors

Visiting dogs competing only in this show and whose owners are not residents of Puerto Rico,

must present copy of the pedigree issued by an organization recognized by the FCI.

Online Entries

FCPR Online entries. Easy, secure and reliable. You will receive immediate confirmation. VISA,

MASTER CARD, AMEX, DISCOVER and PayPal are accepted.

Personal entries

Entries will be accepted on the FCPR Official Entry Form only. Email entries will not be

accepted. Mailed entries must arrive to the FCPR office before the closing of entries. A $5.00

fee will be added to Faxed entries (must include payment). Personal entries will be received at

the FCPR office during regular working hours and in The Canine School at Kmart’s parking lot in

Plaza las Américas on Monday, April 28, 2014 from 7:30 to 10:00p.m. Entries will close on

Wednesday, May 1st, 2014 at 5:30p.m at the FCPR office.

La salud y el bienestar del perro son de suma importancia para la Federación Canófila de

Puerto Rico. De acuerdo con el reglamento de Exposiciones Internacionales de la Federación

Cinológica Internacional, el bienestar del perro deber ser la prioridad en todas las exposiciones

caninas por lo que el Comité Organizador, Jueces y oficiales estarán pendiente sobre cualquier

signo de enfermedad, golpe, maltrato o uso se sustancias que puedan ser perjudiciales para la

salud del perro y de aquellos otros cerca del mismo.

Es requisito el llevar durante la duración de la exposición el certificado de salud vigente

emitido por un veterinario certificado. El mismo pudiera ser solicitado en cualquier momento.

The health and welfare of the dog are very important for the Federación Canófila de Puerto

Rico. According to the regulations for International Dog Shows of the Federation Cynologique

Internationale, the welfare of the dog should be the upmost priority in all Dog Shows. The

Organizing Committee, Judges and officials will be observing for any signs of illness, beat,

abuse or use are substances that can be harmful to the health of the dog and for those near

them.

It is required to have the dog’s health certificate, issued by a certified veterinarian, during the

duration of the circuit. It could be solicited any time.
