1. Introduction

We would like to introduce our company Design & Decoration establish

in year 2000. We specialize in the outstanding new designs styles with

innovative ideas and new look.

Having more than thirty projects per year round the city and out of kingdom

(including five major attraction projects in prominent areas) with renowned

clients, involving all type of decoration work and architecture.

As an expert we create wide range of styles latest Contemporary designs and

Classic style to satisfy the customer requirements, run by our sophisticated

designer team.

As we are locating in Jeddah - the fast growing city of Saudi Arabia – we hold a

considerable part of its booming construction field of business. Our share

includes various vehicle showrooms, hospitals, villas, shopping complexes and

other major commercial land marks.

A draft schedule incorporating these goals with the anticipated construction activities and entitlement process displays logic relationships and anticipates potential team goal conflicts. The preconstruction schedule serves as the road map for design development decisions pertaining to project scope, budget and
