• Viekirax® (Ombitasvir + Paritrapevir/r) + RBV 12 semanas es excelente tanto
en pacientes Naive como NR (sin cirrosis)
• En pacientes con cirrosis se recomienda alargar a 24 semanas
Conclusión: Alternativas Terapéuticas para el G4
• SOF + LDV 12 semanas es muy eficaz pero disponemos de escasa
experiencia en pacientes con cirrosis
• En pacientes con cirrosis < 75,000 plaquetas se recomienda alargar a 24
semanas y añadir RBV
• SOF + (SMV o DCV) se han extrapolado de datos del G1
• SOF + RBV no ha sido recogida por la EASL ni por el CAMHDA
