Pendahuluan• Kafe merupakan sebuah tempat yang sering
dikunjungi orang untuk menghabiskan waktu sendirian atau sekadar bercengkerama bersama teman dan keluarga, Orang yang datang ke kafe tentu saja memerhatikan produk makanan atau minuman yang disediakan kafe tersebut. Selain dari sisi produk kafe, sisi harga layanan dan suasana kafe merupakan sebuah hal yang menjadi pertimbangan orang untuk mengunjungi sebuah kafe. Oleh karena itu kepuasan pelanggan agar kembali lagi ke kafe tersebut menjadi poin penting dalam mendirikan sebuah kafe dilihat dari aspek harga, produk, layanan dan suasana kafe.
Tujuan
•Mengetahui adakah pengaruh harga, produk, layanan dan suasana sebuah kafe terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Kesimpulan
•Dari hasil analisis diatas maka diketahu bahwa aspek suasana serta layanan kafe menjadi faktor utama yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hal ini tentu menjadi pertimbangan bagi orang yang ingin berbisnis kafe agar memerhatikan suasana dan layanan kafe.
