We produce die forgings in weight range from 0,5 – 70 kg, including heat treatment, machining, painting, thread rolling,
welding. We also offer custom welded and mounted assemblies, consisting of our forgings or hot and cold pressings according to
specific customer´s demands.
The annual production of die forgings in MSV is about 12 000 tons and in KOW about 4000 tons. Between our clients our well known companies from different segments of industry: automotive, agriculture, building machine, mining,
gear producers, hydraulics, general engineering.

MAXIPRESS FORGING LINES
Die forgings with complex shape and maximum weight of 25 kg
are made on the forging press machines. Along with modern
pre-forging rolls, robots and powerful induction furnaces, these
lines form a backbone of our production.

Manual forging
HAMMER FORGING LINES
Forgings with complex shape and maximum weight of 70 kg are made
on hammers. Pre-forging can be operated on small pre-forging
hammers included in the line.
HEAT TREATMENT
We have modern heat treatment lines to perform hardening, tempering,
normalizing, soft annealing and isothermal annealing.
MACHINING
Our components and forgings are machined on single-purpose
machines, CNC and NC lathes and on CNC mills.
PAINTING LINE
We have a modern painting line which is in operation since 2015.
DIE AND TOOLING SHOP
We have a modern die and tooling shop which covers 95% of our
needs for new production and repairs. It is equipped with high speed
extremely accurate and stiff automated machining centers.
Quality We own more than 70 certificates - System Certificates
- Railway System Certificates
- Welding Certificates - Product Certificates
About 20 products made by our company are currently
passing the EMP audit by DB when following successful
verification of every product, we will receive certificate
for series production thereof.
