1． Price List 2015 is valid from March 6th, 2015 to March 5th, 2016.

2015 年價格表自 2015 年 3 月 6 日至 2016 年 3 月 5 日止期間有效。

2． This price is valid for export trading only.

本價格僅限出口貿易。

3． This price is net value. 本價格為淨價。

Excluding any commission or service charge for the 3rd party maybe involved.

不包含任何第三方的傭金或服務費用。

4． The min. quantity is 1 full container loading, i.e. no less than 430sqm of 2cm thickness slabs or

26tons of net weight.

最小購貨量為 1 整櫃板材，數量不少於 430 平方米的 2 釐米厚板材或淨重不少於 26 噸。

5． The trading term is Free on Board Huangpu port, Guangzhou, P.R.China liner terms. ** INCOTERMS

Including 包括

5.1 export-grade bundle package suitable for long-distance ocean & inland transportation.

出口標準木架適合長途海上和路上運輸。

5.2 The timber for package is FIR type after heat treatment & fumigation. Qualified for

ISPM-15. Free of bark, wormhole or mould.

所用木材為杉木，經熱處理和薰蒸。符合 ISPM-15 規定。無樹皮，蟲洞或黴菌。

5.3 Loaded into the container with sufficient protection.

提供裝櫃服務。

5.4 All the necessary formalities concerning the documents, logistic to the port, custom

declaration, etc., are arranged from our side.

所有出口手續，例如檔，至碼頭的物流，海關報關。

6． The price is indicated as currency of U.S. Dollar (US$).

所標注價格為美金，單位為元。

Euro or others maybe acceptable with condition. No cash, only via bank transfer.

有條件接受歐元或其他通用貨幣。不接受現金，只接受銀行轉賬。

7． All the prices quoted are based on real 1st quality both nature & processing.

所有價格基於第一等自然及加工品質。

The price for commercial grade (nature quality only) is negotiable separately .

商業級（僅指自然品質）價格另議。

8． Payment terms is based on L/C or T/T. Negotiable as per trust.

付款條件基於信用證或銀行轉賬。可協議。

Quality Standard 品質標準

1. The materials within this price list are 100% own production from block stage to final polished slab

under high quality fabrication.

本價格表內所有石材均為我司全程從荒料到磨光大板高品質生產。

2. All the production is 2cm or 3cm thickness. 1.8cm or even thinner is not our production. Sawn

thickness is between 2.05cm to 2.1cm.

所有產品均按足 2 釐米或 3 釐米厚度加工。1.8 釐米及以下厚度非我司產品。

切割厚度為 2.05 釐米到 2.1 釐米。

3. All the blocks before treatment, since March 2012, are covered with block-resin system to avoid

corner breakage.

自 2012 年 3 月以後，為防止缺角，所有荒料均修邊包膠。

4. High quality epoxy resin is applied for both surface and back side.

Since Dec. 2014, “Cement” technology is introduced for back side netting.

板材表面及背面背網均為高品質環氧樹脂膠。

2014 年 12 月後的產品背網為“水泥”新技術。

5. The surface is free of wax or artificial color.

板材表面不含任何石蠟製品或人工顏色處理。

Just polish for the max. mirror effect (may vary as per it’s nature character).

僅磨光至鏡面效果(以石材本身特性決定)。

6. The trading quantity is accurately measured to allow at least 50mm margin on general length &

height respectively.

貿易尺寸已按長寬至少各留 50 毫米計算。

7. The service of full photo tracking system is offering 4 pictures per each slab right after polished.

圖片追蹤系統提供磨光後的每張板材 4 幅照片。
