Introduction

In this training, you are going to get to learn about some really great product creations secrets,

hence the name. This information was originally presented by Jason Fladlien. He is the co-

owner of Rapid Crush, Inc. He runs it with his business partner Wilson Mattos, who was also

present during the training session.

Jason started his training session in a sort of unusual way. He started things off with a pop-quiz.

The reason for this pop-quiz is to provide you a little insight on the reasons for your failures and

successes. Please read the following, answer the questions, and move along to the next section

to see if your answers are correct:

1. True or False? A good product with mediocre marketing will make less than a mediocre

product with good marketing.

So, What Do I Know?

Each of the questions listed in the section above reflect upon what issues will be covered within

this training. These are key issues that are currently affecting the marketing of information

products. When this information was originally presented, many audience members were very

surprised at the answers Jason gave. Please read the following answers to see if your answers

were correct and to gain some more insight into what might be affecting your business.

The first question asked in the presentation was ‘True or False? A good product with mediocre

marketing will make less than a mediocre product with good marketing.’ The answer to this

question is ‘true’, at least when it comes to the short-term results. A mediocre product that has

been marketed really well will make more money than a really good product with mediocre

marketing. It’s unfortunate that it’s that way, but it is what it is. Now, this doesn’t necessarily

mean that you should market a mediocre product in order to make more money.

Your wealth does not depend on just one product; it depends upon an umbrella of different

products. Jason says that if he had to choose between being really good at marketing and

being really good at product creation, he would choose the latter of the two. The reason is that

over time, really good products will start to market themselves. So, as long as you get some

customers, with your mediocre marketing, to your really good products, then over time they

are going to want to know more about you and more about what you have to offer. Therefore,

less and less selling will be required on your part to get future purchases from those customers.

The idea here is that even though, in the short term, a mediocre product that is marketed really

well will probably make more money, it is not recommended that you create a mediocre

product and market it really well. You can probably think of at least one person who burst out

of the scene, took the internet marketing landscape by storm, and sold a bunch of products.

Well, where are they at these days? Nowhere to be found, right? That is because they had that

‘one hit wonder’ with really good marketing, but they didn’t deliver the goods.

The second question is ‘True or False? You need proof to successfully sell an information

product on the internet.’ This is referring to ‘proof’ as in testimonials, personal resolves, and

things like that. The answer to this question is ‘False’. It is not required, although it is definitely

helpful. Proof is usually the difference between six figures and seven figures, according to

Jason.

Now, if you think you have to have some amazing resolves, testimonials or so on, before you

can create an information product you are fortunately mistaken. If you don’t have any proof to

demonstrate when you start putting these products out, you will eventually begin gathering

proof as a byproduct of making money and selling information products. This newfound proof

is going to catapult you from the six-figure category to the seven-figure category.

The third question asked during the presentation was ‘True or False? Most good product ideas

have already been taken.’ The answer to this should be relatively obvious to you. However, it

needs to be stated because some people actually believe that most of them have been taken.

The answer is ‘Absolutely False’.

Just in the last year or two, and mostly because of new technologies, there have been a storm

of new opportunities that previously did not exist. For example, Pinterest has become super-

hot lately. Everybody is talking about Pinterest and how you can make money off of it. There

are information products being released about it that, until very recently, you wouldn’t have

been able to create those products. This became a big opportunity, and a lot of people have

been taking advantage of it.

This same happened with Kindle. This same thing happened when mobile became

commercially viable. This same thing happened when Facebook made the updates to the fan

pages with the timeline changes and that kind of thing. As these things came about, so did a

whole lot of new opportunities. It is almost a guarantee that there is something being created

today that you could create an information product around tomorrow and begin bringing in

sales from it the next day.

The next question is ‘True or False? Downward pricing pressure is affecting information

products in competitive niches.’ Unfortunately, this is true. In competitive niches at least, the

tendency has been to push the price for information products lower and lower. Really, a big

part of the blame can go to the eBook readers.

A good example is Kindle. Kindle basically forces you to price your product between $2.99 and

$9.99. You see, if you want to publish on the Kindle format, you can’t really go over $9.99. The

reason for that is because you would have to go from a 70% royalty to a 35% royalty if you

chose to price your eBook at $10 or more. That has had an effect on the entire industry.

Another aspect of this is due to the Warrior Special Offer Forum. The Warrior Forum is one of

the biggest internet marketing forums out there. The Special Offer Forum is where people go

to sell stuff. Jason explains:

“It is very easy to find people on the Warrior Forum’s special offer section who will give you

their soul and their first-born child with free lifetime updates to any other children they might

have, for the princely sum of just $7. You might say…why are they doing that? My answer is ‘I

don’t know.’ It’s just that’s what’s going on right now, and if you choose to ignore that, that’s

an option to you, [although] it’s not one that I would recommend…and it’s a factor that we

have to consider that can affect how well you do with your information products in this day and

age.”

The final reason that prices are being driven down is that technology is trying to drive things

cheaper and cheaper over time, as it always does. The mobile phone that you have in your

pocket is more powerful than a $5,000 computer was just a few years ago. That is that. These

are all issues we have to deal with, and we will dig into these issues deeper further on in this

training.

In the final question, you were asked ‘True or False? Speed is more important than ever for

product creation?’ The answer to that is ‘Absolutely, 100% certainly, without a doubt true.’

You’re going to learn how to create top-quality information products. It’s not enough to create

information products; they should be of the upmost quality if you want to make money easily

with them. However, it cannot take you ‘forever and a day’ to make these top quality

information products. According to Jason, you’ve got to do it in two hours or less. Don’t worry,

you will learn how. In fact, by the end of this lesson, you will learn how to create an

information product within a 120-minute time frame.

Next, you are going to discover how you can automatically generate traffic to your offers. In

fact, you are going to learn to ‘dig the well before you’re thirsty’, meaning that you will have

commitments of free traffic to your information product before you ever create it. This is how

Jason markets his products; so you are going to get a glimpse into his techniques.

Jason’s Techniques

The techniques presented here work beyond a shadow of a doubt. Jason and Wilson started

Rapid Crush, Inc. on March 1, 2011, and by early 2012 they were at the verge of breaking the 2

million dollar mark. They were at 1.9 million, in fact. They did end up breaking that 2 million

dollar mark by February, according to Jason. So, this was a brand new company and in less than

one year they had made 2 million dollars.

It didn’t stop there, however. Jason says that what turned his life around was the exact same

formula that he had used to make his very first dollar online. He is still using this formula

millions of dollars later. The formula is simple:

1 sitting, 1 problem, 1 solution: Product Creation!

If ever there was anything to write down, this is it. Don’t just write this down though.

Memorize it, engrave it in your brain, and tattoo this in your mind. Jason says that he wants

you to go to bed dreaming about this formula, and wake up in the morning doing it.

So, how did Jason discover this formula? When Jason first began trying to make money in

internet marketing, and he thought if he created an information product, it would take him a

week to do it. However, he couldn’t finish the product. Jason isn’t one to give up, so he

decided to give himself two days to create this product. He worked feverishly, but he still

couldn’t finish the product. So, he changed his formula once more. He was now going to allow

himself 24 hours to finish the product.

He wondered if he could do this if he worked from sun up to sun up. He sat down and started

working, and he found out that he still couldn’t finish the product. In fact, if he stopped at any

point, he wasn’t able to finish it. That led him to a wonderful solution. The solution was: The

product creation process would start when he sat down and the product creation process

would be finished when he got up. He says that someone once asked him “What if you have to

go to the bathroom?” To which, he responded “Well, then there’s only two options available to

you then. You either hurry up and finish the product, or you hold it.” That’s how serious he is

about it.

When you sit down, you begin, and when you get out of that chair, it’s finished. It doesn’t

matter if it’s a written product, if it’s an audio, or it’s a video product. This is the goal. This is

the formula. One sitting, one problem, one solution: product creation. In other words, Jason

sits down and stares at a blank screen and when he get up from that chair, he has something

that is going to make him thousands of dollars, and that has happened every time he has used

the formula. Often, he has something that can even make him tens of thousands of dollars.

That actually happens more often than not, he says.

Occasionally, when he gets up and the product is finished, he has something that can make him

hundreds of thousands of dollars. Think about that, hundreds of thousands of dollars out of

one sitting. This doesn’t happen a lot, but it happens enough to make it all worthwhile.

It’s a wonderful way to get things done if you think about it. One sitting product creation. It

means your products have to be short. You don’t do anybody any favors by taking 50 minutes

to explain something that could be said in five minutes. Why do you suppose the norm is for

people to speak for 50 minutes to explain something that can be explained in five minutes?

According to Jason, it’s simply because they allow themselves to. They give themselves too

much time to create the product. However, when you only give yourself a two hour window,

like Jason does, you have to get right to the point.

Not only is this much better for you, it is much better for your customers too. This keeps them

from having to sit through fluff. They can get right on with it and begin benefitting from the

information immediately. This technique can help you to create higher-quality products and to

do so quickly, which in the end will help you also to make money at a quicker pace. So, your

product must be short and it must be actionable.

By ‘actionable’ Jason means that it has to be step by step. You product should tell your

customers what to do step by step in order to solve a problem. Your product must cover the

essentials. It is so wonderful when you say “I’m going to create this product in one sitting.”

When you do this, you have to cover the essentials. You can’t start with the basics, the history,

or any of the rest of that boring stuff. You have to pretty much say “Hey, if you want to do this,

then start here.” The average person who purchases information products is not used to

getting value like that. So, immediately they’re going to love your stuff if you present it within

these parameters.

This system forces you into covering the essentials. So, you don’t give history lessons within

these products, you don’t try to anticipate every possible scenario, and you don’t cover the

minutia. You don’t come up with these come up with huge solutions or bite of more than you

can chew. You cover one problem and provide one solution at a time, not one problem, 50

solutions.

Would it be very helpful if this training offered 672 ways to drive traffic to your website? Is that

helpful or harmful? That would be harmful, right? You would end up being more confused

than when you started out. That’s why you need to offer just one solution to problem. You

don’t need to or want to cover 56 different things, so why do it? You just focus on one

problem. You don’t try to tell someone how to change someone’s whole life for the better;

instead, you just tell them how to do one thing for their betterment.

If you use this formula, which allows you to strictly focus on solving just one problem, do you

think that it would be easier to market a product such as this? Of course it would. You are

going to be so tightly focused on one problem that you are immediately going to get the

attention of anybody that suffers from that problem. Plus, they are going to be more likely to

buy your stuff because it seems so tailor-made for them. This is how you automatically

improve you marketing without even trying to. You create one product in one sitting that

focuses on one product with one solution.

The Result

The first product that Jason ever created followed this formula. The product was called How to

Write an Article in 7 Minutes or Less. According to Jason, he started and he finished this

product on November 12, 2007. He sat down in one sitting, and when he got up, the product

was done. It was so quickly put together, in fact, that he sat back down and wrote the sales

letter. Now, the sales letter didn’t turn out too great, but he finished it. Then, he took out a

small $2 ad. So, he finished this entire project up and made his first sale, all in the same day.

He sold this product for only $4. Furthermore, PayPal didn’t like micropayments back then, so

they took out a significant chunk of that out, so he ended up making on $3.58 off of it. It was a

start though. You don’t become a black belt in karate after one lesson, after all. You have to

start somewhere. This wasn’t the greatest product either. It was only seven pages long, and it

had a typo in the 1st sentence. He wasn’t frantic about making everything perfect. He just

wanted to get it done in order to see what would happen.

Now, is it reasonable to assume that you can sit down and write seven pages without getting

up? You could probably do that right? It might be a little bit of a challenge, but there’s nothing

wrong with that. So, that’s really not asking too much. It doesn’t have to be perfect either; it

just needs to be good.

This product only took him two hours to create, so even though he sold it for only $4, he didn’t

really have anything to lose. Once he made his first sale though, he took a $20 ad, and then he

sold 268 copies in less than 24 hours. So, he sold 268 copies, and earned $3.58 cents off of

each. Now, don’t forget that he spent $20 for the ad. If you were to calculate all of this out,

you would see that he ended up making $959.44 off of that two hour project in less than a 24

hour period of time.

Jason said that he was more excited when he made his first thousand dollars online than he

was when he made his first million online because that showed him that it was possible.

Furthermore, he realized just how easy it was when he simplified the process of product

creation. Even better than making thousand dollars right off the bat, he now had a list of 268

people that he could now communicate with. So, he had 268 people now that he could email

whenever he came out with his next product.

This thing was selling so good for $4 with a really bad sales letter, that it made Jason ask if it

could sell for more. So, he tried selling it for $7 a copy, and he sold hundreds more. Then, he

bumped up the price to $17, and it sold just as well.

Jason was hooked. He had now discovered the secret, so to speak. All you have to do is sit

down, create a product, stay very focused on solving one problem, and do it all in one sitting.

You can slap a ridiculously low product on it at first and it didn’t matter because you have only

invested a short amount of time on the entire process. Then, just put it out there and see what

happens. Even if he didn’t get any better, and there was definitely room for improvement, he

could just repeat this process over and over again and still live very well.

Over five years later, this same product is still making him over $188 a month on average. This

income comes in on autopilot, and it is for work that he did in less than a day’s time years ago.

He says that he has no clue how it is still generating money, but it does. Now, $188 a month

isn’t a lot, but that comes out to be an extra vacation a year at least. If you had two products

making $188 a month, you could cover the payments for a brand new sports car. These would

be two products that you would create once and never even think about again. You put a

couple more together and now you’re paying the mortgage on the home. A few products that

sell like this can go a long way.

Guess What? You Can Do This Too!

Jason put a little cheap product out there, made some money off of it, and kept doing this over

and over again. He was able to make millions of dollars this way because he’s ‘superman’,

right? You know, he must have been genetically predisposed to be some kind of whiz kid, some

genius at product creation. No, that is total bull. If you are reading this, then you are just as

capable of doing the exact same thing. You may even be able to do it better. You have been

given the formula; now you have to combine that with the following three things:

Some ambition

A bit of focus

A good amount of desire

That’s it!

You have to have ambition. You don’t have to have the kind of ambition that moves

mountains; you just have to have some ambition. You’ve got to want it. It doesn’t have to be

some kind of uncontrollable thirst that you can’t quench. You’ve just got to be like “Yeah, I’m

willing to put in some work if I’m going to make some real money.”

Then, you have to have focus. This doesn’t mean that you have to have marathon-style focus.

You just have to have a bit of focus, meaning two hours here, two hours there, and so forth.

You do have to have some focus though; that is required.

Finally, you have to have a good amount of desire. This is the most important thing. You really

have to desire your wealth. Jason states “I could take the smartest person in the world, but if

they had no desire, I couldn’t help them…but I could take somebody with below-average

intelligence….who has all the desire…and guess what…I can change their life relatively quickly.”

You can accomplish the same things that Jason has and probably much more. You have been

provided the formula to do so. All you have to do is follow the path that has been laid out

before you. To do this, your first product, or your next product, has to be a one product, one

solution, one sitting product, and you are going to need to present the material in a step-by-

step format. For example, when John wrote How to Write an Article in 7 minutes he wrote it in

a step-by-step format. He basically broke it down as follows:

“I said ‘You want to write an article in seven minutes? Here’s what you do…you open up these

three research sites. Now, you’re going to find one main point for your article from each of

these three research sites. Now that you have found one main point…and I’ve showed you how

to find that point...now here’s how you find two sub-points to that main point. Great. So, now

you have the body of your article…main point, sub-point, sub-point, main point, sub-point, sub-

point, main point, sub-point, sub-point. Boom! There you go. Now, what’s left…the

introduction and the conclusion…Here’s a template to write the introduction, and here’s a

template to write the conclusion. Boom! That’s how to write an article in seven minutes.”

You can see how only a couple of pages were required for this, but you can also see how a

person can go through that and within a couple of minutes be like “I know exactly what to do

now.” Then, they would very easily be able to do this on their own with no hang-ups or

confusion. That’s what you’re going to do, make it simple like that. One problem, one solution,

one sitting, and you are going to present it in a step-by-step format.

Now, here’s the last thing. You are advised to sell your product at a ridiculously low price. Why

is this recommended? You might be thinking that Jason recommends this so that it would be

easier to build a list. That is actually incorrect. Now, you are going to build a list, but this is

going to come as a byproduct and a secondary benefit. However, that is not the main reason

why you should sell this product at a low price. So, now you might be thinking ‘Well, I’m not

pricing my product so low to build a list, why else could it be? Maybe, this is recommended so

that I will make more sales, just to make some money and get it going.’ In a way this is very

true, you will make money this way. However, this isn’t the main reason for this

recommendation.

Okay, so then you think ‘Maybe it’s so that I can establish some authority and get a reputation.’

You are going to be able to do this quickly by selling your product at a low price as well, but it is

still not the reason why this is being recommended to you. The reason that you are being told

to sell your product at a ridiculously low price is because it takes all the pressure off. What kind

of pressure is there when you sit down to create a product you’re going to sell for just a couple

of dollars? There is none, and that is a great thing because guess what pressure invites in:

procrastination.

Pressure leads to procrastination. On the other hand, if you don’t feel any pressure at all, you’ll

just get it done. That is exactly what you need to do. Just get it done and get it out there so

that you can start making money.

Success is Not Just Possible, It’s Inevitable

Meet Maddi. Maddi saw a webinar similar to this in September 10, 2010 that Jason did on

product creation. After seeing it, he took action, and sent Jason a letter telling him about what

he accomplished. You can see this letter pictured above. It states:

Right after the webinar 58 minutes of pure unadulterated Product Creation

Secrets, I got pumped up and wanted to finish a product BEFORE the class even

started.

I already had the idea of what I wanted to do for as long as 2-3 months but never

got round to doing it.

Now mind you, this isn’t my first product, but this is the fastest I’ve ever done.

Spend 8 hours overall including setting up a download page and edited the sales

copy (Jason’s template).

Here comes the Magic:

The copy converted at 19% the first day, within a few hours made 33 sales and it

was set at only $7 for the first 10, $3 increment at every 10 sales.

…The following 24 hours I made over 200 sales at $19 a pop, the copy continued

to convert and here is the screenshot of the WSO as I crossed the 4k mark.

And at the end of around 24 hours I had 272 sales, and over $4500 in sales.

Maddi didn’t do just as well as Jason his first time using the system, he did better. Jason got

Maddi to understand and take that immediate action because the pressure was taken off.

What really made the difference though, was that Jason was able to show Maddi what

inevitable success looks like.

See, here’s the problem most people have. People don’t get the stuff that they need done to

make more money because they agonize over what possibly might happen. That agony of what

will happen if this or that, or will this be successful, or will this fail, or what if I do this or that

wrong, all invites procrastination, which is the enemy. These are all reasons why you might put

things off for two or three months like Maddi did.

You can do that, but this is not recommended. It is much better that you understand that

success is inevitable. Here is what inevitable success is:

If your product sells well, great!

If it doesn’t sell well, great!

If it does okay, great!

If your product sells well, that is great. It means that you will be immediately successful, and

that’s fantastic. If you’re product doesn’t sell well, great! Who cares, really? It only took you a

couple of hours to put it together. Plus, there are a lot of things that you can do with a product

that doesn’t sell. You can still leverage it, and you can use it to make everything in the future

infinitely easier to make money with. For example, could you not take that product and offer it

as a free bonus for the next product that you create. You could, right? If you did that, would it

be a lot easier to sell that new product? Of course it would. So, if a product doesn’t sell well,

great. It could be the bonus for the next product that you create.

Now, could you not take that free product and offer that as a bonus when you create affiliate

offers. You can say ‘Hey, if you buy this through my affiliate link, I’ll give you this product of

mine as a free bonus’. If you did that, would it make it easier or harder to make money as an

affiliate? The answer is obvious. It would make things easier.

Could you not take that product and give it away for free in exchange for an email address?

You can use this to build a list and use this to sell more products later on. You could even chop

that product up, submit it to article directories, use it for SEO content, and get traffic easier.

So, there are lots of different ways that you can leverage a finished product that doesn’t sell

well, and doing so will help to make everything else you try to do in the future infinitely easier.

So, if you product doesn’t sell well, great!

If the product does okay, great! It really doesn’t take that many okay products to build a six-

figure income. This is inevitable success. If you truly get this, and not just intellectually like

‘That makes sense. I get it.’ If you truly get this it will alter your behavior, and you’ll actually do

this. You will truly embrace inevitable success, and you will become inevitably successful.

Jason states:

“I don’t want your products just to do great. As much as possible, I would love for every

product that you create to be a homerun. So, how are we going to do that? How are we going

to hit homeruns…individual product lines that are six-figures on their own, just the one product

itself…six figures…not counting all your other products. Well, first of all it is possible. Some of

your products will be homeruns if you continue to do this.”

The picture above demonstrates a couple of Rapid Crush, Inc.’s homeruns from last year. At

the top is one that made $121,746. This is just one product. Now, if you look more closely at

this data, you will see that there were 621 paying customers who bought this product. That’s

not a lot. Now, look at the second one. It ended up bringing in $147,925. The conversion rate

on this product was 1.27%. Does that look like there’s some world-class salesmanship going on

there? Not really. That’s painfully average at best.

The third product brought in $211,211. It didn’t do much better with a 1.9% conversion rate.

Now, look at the final one. It brought in $322,295.45. This product did have a 44.30%

conversion because they used some advanced tactics for this one that is talked about in

Product eClass. Some of this stuff will be broken down later on. For now, the point is that you

can build individual products (using Jason’s one problem, one solution, one sitting tactic) that

will bring in six-figures on their own.

How to Score a Homerun (and How Not to)

In order to make as many homeruns as possible, you have to understand how to make these

homeruns and how not to strike out. You have to understand what not to do as well as what to

do. Look at each of the following products and see if you can tell what is wrong with them:

1. Feng Shui for the Busy Corporate Exec

2. Business Planning 101

3. The Complete A to Z Guide to Real Estate

4. Money making tactics for pre-teens

5. How to make your own deodorant

The first one actually has a few things wrong with it. It’s boring, it’s bland, it’s not very specific,

and it doesn’t have any big benefit attached to it. That is all true, but none of them are as

important as one particular critical error. The major problem is that a corporate exec wouldn’t

give two hoots about Feng Shui. They just don’t care about it. Jason often tells his Project

eClass students “You can’t make a million dollars selling bibles to Muslims.” It’s just not

possible. You’re simply not going to hit a homerun selling something to someone who doesn’t

want it. It’s just not possible.

Now, look at the second one ‘Business Planning 101’. There are a lot of issues with this one as

well. Again, it is too boring, too bland, and too general of a topic. It really isn’t offering much

benefit either. However, there is one major problem to it. Jason begins to explain the problem

by saying “You can jump up and down in the ocean, but the ocean doesn’t really care.” In other

words, this is way too big of a market. You are going up against corporations that have endless

budgets that they can promote their products with. It’s just way too big. You’re not going to be

able to compete in this niche.

You are going to ‘drown’ trying to make one sale. You don’t want to jump up and down in the

ocean; you want to jump up and down in puddles. Besides, there are lots of puddles out there,

and there are only four oceans, Jason says. You can make a six or seven figure income a year

easily jumping up and down in these puddles, so to speak.

The third title is ‘The Complete A to Z Guide to Real Estate’. What’s wrong with that? You’re

not going to be able to cover that in one sitting. That one should have been pretty obvious to

you. If it wasn’t, then the concept hasn’t really sunk in yet. You have to keep remembering

that one sitting is the goal here.

What about ‘Money making tactics for pre-teens’? Let’s just say, for example, that you had the

best lawyer in the world, and he said that this is great, it’s legally okay, and so on. So, you can

knock any questions about that sort of thing out. You could create this product in one sitting,

and it’s really not too general or too competitive. So, what’s the biggest problem with this?

The biggest problem is ‘How are they going to buy it?’

There aren’t too many pre-teens out there who are running around with their own credit card

or that have permission from Mom and Dad to get online and buy an information product

about how to make money. It’s just not going to happen. Simply put, you can’t hit home runs

with your products and build six-figure a year businesses with just one product if you are trying

to sell to people who don’t have any money to buy what you’re selling. It’s just not going to

happen.

Now, let’s look at the following. It is ‘How to make your own deodorant’. According to Jason,

there are actually a lot of these things right with this product. It can be made in one sitting, and

it does solve one problem with one solution. There are people who want this solution. This

product has a lot going for it, so what’s the problem?

Remember when it was pointed out that you don’t want to jump up and down in the ocean,

and that you should look instead for puddles? Well, at the same time, you don’t want to jump

up and down in a teaspoon’s worth of water either. Some niches are too small. You have to

keep that in mind as well. Jason explains “I don’t want to have to work tremendously hard to

reach all of the market to make six figures. I want to be able to reach the market, but only

reach a couple percent of them and still reach six figures.”

So, what’s wrong? Let’s do a quick recap. In this section, we have learned:

1. You can’t sell something to people who don’t want it.

2. You can’t compete in niches that are way too big.

3. You’ve got to be able to do it in one sitting.

4. You have to sell it to people who actually have money to buy it.

You have to have enough buyers in a particular niche, but if you can only touch base with a few

of them, you can still make six-figures a year.

Okay, so now let’s look at what is right with the following products:

The first one, ‘How to set up a membership site in less than 6 minutes with free software?’, was

a six-figure product that Jason created a couple of years back. It was perfect for the market at

the time. Several things are right with this product. First of all, this product provides instant

gratification. Instant gratification really tips the scale into your favor for hitting that homerun;

so, you should include this in your products whenever possible.

In addition to instant gratification, this is something that could be solved in one sitting. Jason

says that he created this product in less than two hours. Plus, it solves one problem with one

solution. This product doesn’t talk about how to sell your membership site or about the

content that you would create for your membership site. This product only covers how to

create your membership site in less than six minutes for free. That is the product.

Now, let’s look at the second one, which is ‘1 Weird Trick to Reduce Your Electric Bill by 74% or

More!’ So, let’s say that you have found a solution that would allow a reasonable person to

reduce their electric bill by 74% or more. There are a lot of things that are right with this

product. For instance, you can do it all in one sitting and you can solve it with one solution to

one problem. In addition to that, there is an advanced product creation secret that you should

be aware of. Jason explains:

“A lot of people don’t get this, but I can explain it in a way where you will be like ‘Aha! Now, I

have insight.’ Here is the insight…here is the product creation secret…most people only focus

on ‘big benefit’ when they sell information products…that’s not the best way to do it, in spite of

the fact that you might have been taught that way and the fact that everybody does it that way.

That’s actually harder and for you to understand that, let me give you a scenario, okay? First

scenario: You want a whiter, brighter, prettier, more attractive smile. Those are all benefits.

Whiter, brighter, more attractive, prettier…those are all nice things to have, and you might

have be motivated to go try to get those things.”

He continues on, saying:

“Now, compare that to the second scenario. You have a toothache [that is] so incredibly

painful that you can barely see straight. Now, of those two (the first scenario and the second

scenario) which would you more likely be willing to pay money for to get the solution?...and the

answers obvious for that example. The toothache, right?…and that is the difference…handling

problems and focusing on the problem…and the pain that they’re currently experiencing and

creating products that solve pains that people are immediately and currently

experiencing…[people] that are desperate for a solution…and are going to do far better than

products that focus on big benefit, big benefit, big benefit.”

He continues his explanation by pointing out the following “Benefits are something that you

can enjoy in the future, but you currently don’t enjoy. Problems, pains, are things you currently

experience, that you would like to not experience in the future.” If you create a product that

focuses on addressing an immediate pain with a fast solution, it’s going to do far better than

one that just offers a big benefit or big benefits. So, if you really get that, you will find that

opportunities will begin to pop up. You are going to have a radar up that will show you,

unconsciously, opportunities that you wouldn’t notice. You will notice them now since this

concept has been bestowed on you.

Here’s the final one: ‘How to Get Endless Cardio while training LESS than you are NOW!’ Again,

there are lots of things that are right with this product. You can do it in one sitting, and you can

solve it with one solution for one problem. Now, think of this scenario: you have a group of

people who are desperately trying as hard as they can to achieve a certain result, and despite

all of their efforts, they are not really achieving much. Then you come in, and you can

legitimately show them how they can try less, put forth less time and effort, and yet get better

results faster. Those types of products can be dramatic homeruns.

Right now, you may be saying “Well, does that really exist?” Yeah, this solution exists. It’s

called ‘interval training’. You can ask any fitness expert, and they will say “Yeah, that’s right.

With interval training, you will train less and you will get better results.” If you think that is an

anomaly and that this kind of situation only exists once or twice in a blue moon, that’s not

correct. Now that I’ve given you that opportunity radar, you will start getting pinged and you

will begin seeing these opportunities everywhere.

You will begin having all of these ideas. All of these things that will come to you and you will be

able to take advantage of them instead of just letting them pass by unnoticed. It’s kind of like

when you buy a car and then all of a sudden you see that car everywhere. It’s because you are

aware of it now. All of those cars were already there; you are just noticing them now. The

same kind of thing’s going to start happening to you when it comes to product creation

opportunities. That’s another very powerful advanced product creation secret that you should

be aware of.

If you want to dig deeper, for your products to be the types of products to bring in six-figures

on their own, ideally you will want your products to focus upon instant gratification. If you can

show someone how to do something very fast to get a specific result, or relief from a pain,

that’s going to be very good for you.

Another thing that you will want to focus on is having products that eliminate pain. Remember,

‘pain point elimination’ products are easier to sell than ‘big benefit only’ products. So, if your

focus is on creating information products that solve problems that people are experiencing

right now, then you could do very well.

Finally, less is more. If you can focus on discovering, finding, and presenting solutions that

reduce efforts while simultaneously improving the results, and you can pull those off, you

should never have to want for wealth again. So, the easiest path to hitting these homeruns is

to create a 1.1.1. (one problem, one solution, one sitting) product that:

1. Promises a specific solution in a specific time frame

2. That solves an ‘immediate problem’

3. With less effort or skill required

Does This Work?

Does this really work? Just ask the ‘10k Kid’, Jay Boyer. He took a previous product creation

eclass of Jason’s, and he ended up generating so much money, so fast, that after just one

session of the product eclass, that they shut down his PayPal account. This was a couple of

years ago. Jason says that he teaches people how to keep this from happening these days. You

Kieran decided to go ahead and sign up, and in doing so, he spent the last dollars that he had to

You are going to get several templates that include Jason’s fill-in-the-blank sales letters. These

are specifically designed for the types of products that you are going to learn to design in

Closing Thoughts

After Jason’s presentation, Jay was able to share his experience with the Product eClass,
