Zymurgorium是一家蒸馏酒厂、酿酒厂和蜂蜜酒厂，结合了科学酿造研究
（Zymurgy）和一个位于英国曼彻斯特Irlam的大型商场。成立于
2013年，我们是曼彻斯特首家精酿酿酒厂，并且由于城市象
征“曼彻斯特蜂”而在货架上易于辨认。
我们希望与中国市场的分销商会面并建立贸易关系。与其他食品和饮料专家合
作，并结识了解中国市场的人。

Like a ray of bright morning sun this gin has a true citrus twang that’ll wake the
senses.
Firstly we macerate our original Manchester vodka with wild juniper and
balancing botanicals, we then blend in the key ingredient; the finest Manchester
Marmalade crafted by the Duerr’s, the UK’s oldest family owned preserves producer.
Who have been making top quality preserves since 1881! With an array of
Seville oranges & exotic tangerines, Manchester marmalade has the perfect
mix of classical bittersweet & delicate fine aromas.
This is then traditionally distilled where the vapour is passed over sweet sevillepeel to finish the flavour also leaving it
with its light golden orange hue.

testament to Manchester’s inventive past.

Using our sumptuous & ultra complex Gin based off Manchester’s; Diversity of
Culture, spirit & undying passion for the new.
We now have our Sloe gin based on an old passed down family recipe we stick to tradition using sloes from around the North West, such as; the Manchester
green belt, Delamere Forest, Macclesfield, Pennines an Lancashire. Our recipe uses
less sugar but a higher content of wild sloes & Gin to give a richer flavour of spice & plum, it’s great as a wine spritzer or on
its own, either chilled for summer or mulled in winter with a cinnamon stick.
Please be aware that there maybe fruit content still present as it is only naturally filtered…Use it just like a sloe gin but be
aware it is stronger in Alc. first thing to do is get one of our nosing/tasting glasses and breath in the notes then taste. With the spicy notes it makes the best instant
mulled wine!

Sweet violets supposedly were a gift from Zeus the king of the Greek pantheon as a comfort to Io (eye-oh) for whom he loved but has to turn into a heifer to save her
from Hera’s wrath!
Sweet violets have a very unique sweet pastelly taste and a strong scent.
As a drink it can be used exactly like Crème de violette but as it has been
refined with Wild juniper and a unique set of botanicals in our GIN it is also equally
as good on it’s own, with lemonade, mixed with ice cream or in baking!

Yes before you start, we know that this isn’t exactly a Zymurgorium-ish product
but we’ve done our best to make a unicorn product to the highest quality it can be.
Trying to imagine what a unicorn flavour product is without just making it simple
and sweet is difficult.
We think we have managed to bring sophistication & honour to one of the purest mythological pseudozoological
creatures that may have actually existed (albeit very different to the modern image)
& has graced royal noble families’ emblems for centuries.
