In produzione cerchiamo di utilizzare le tavole nel modo migliore riparando i piccoli difetti anziché ricorrere a procedimenti chimici che rendono le superfici tutte uguali. I nostri clienti devono sapere che l’unicità e la bellezza del legno stanno anche nelle sue piccole imperfezioni. I pochi scarti che rimangono ritornano nel ciclo produttivo, tramite un impianto a Bio-masse, sotto forma di energia termica, risparmiando così il gasolio e le sue emissioni.La lavorazione dei nostri prodotti avviene in un ambiente climatizzato, al fine di evitare al legno shock termici durante le fasi di lavorazione. Ogni pezzo è lavorato singolarmente, lasciando libera interpretazione all’esecutore sul modo migliore in cui lavorare il singolo oggetto, il tutto con attrezzature tecnologicamente avanzate, che permettano la flessibilità che ogni articolo necessita. La finitura avviene manualmente cercando di esaltare le caratteristiche uniche di ogni singolo pezzo. La nostra responsabilità etica nei confronti sia dell’ambiente che della salute degli uomini ci ha orientati a finire manualmente ogni oggetto prodotto, cercando di esaltare le caratteristiche uniche di ogni singolo pezzo. Per la protezione dell’oggetto finito utilizziamo sostanze biologiche vegetali e minerali, la finitura è visivamente a “poro aperto“, in questo modo il legno viene esaltato nella sua struttura e rimangono visibili i pori in cui la linfa scorreva nella pianta viva. Questi “canali“ sono stati elaborati dalla pianta durante le primavere della sua vita e la loro alternanza ci racconta la storia dell’albero, quanti anni è vissuto, quanto velocemente cresceva, com’era l’ambiente in cui si trovava. In manufacturing we try to utilize the boards in the best way, repairing small faults instead of resorting to chemical processes that make all the surfaces the same. Our customers recognize that the unique beauty of wood lies also in it’s small imperfections. The small amount of waste timber in our factory goes back into the production cycle by means of a bio-mass plant that supplies thermal power - reducing our consumption of gas or oil and pollution they cause.Our products are processed in an air-conditioned room, to avoid thermal shock to the wood during manufacture. Each piece is individually processed, allowing the operator freedom in interpreting at his or her best the individual object. All this is done by means of technologically advanced equipment, which allows the flexibility each article needs. The finishing is done manually, trying to enhance the unique characteristics of each individual piece. Hand finishing satisfies our moral responsibility for the employee’s health and the environment whilst underling the special features of each object produced.We have changed the finish to an environmentally friendly solution made entirely from vegetable and mineral products, the finish clearly shows the “open pore” characteristics of the wood enhancing the appearance of the wood. The pores through which the sap used to flow inside the living tree are clearly visible in the grain of the timber. These “canals” have been elabo-rated by the tree during each spring throughout it’s life and they tell us the story of the tree: How long it lived, how fast it grew, what it’s environment was like and so on. Our finishing systems allows you to “read” the wood and take home a piece of history as well as a work of art. Es wird mit technologisch modernen Geräten gearbeitet, die es möglich machen, jeden Artikel flexibel zu bearbeiten.Die Feinbearbeitung erfolgt von Hand, wobei wir versuchen die einmaligen Eigenschaften jedes Einzelstücks hervorzuheben.Unsere ethische Verantwortung in der Auseinandersetzung sowohl mit der Umwelt als auch mit der Gesundheit des Menschen hat uns dazu gebracht, die Endbearbeitung jedes produzierten Gegenstands von Hand vorzunehmen, wobei wir versuchen, die einmaligen Charakteristika jedes einzelnen Stücks hervorzuheben . Zum Schutz des Fertigproduktes tragen wir biologische, pflanzliche und mineralische Substanzen. Die Fein Bearbeitung ist sichtbar mit „poro aperto“ (Offene Pore). Dabei wird das Holz in seiner Maserung hervorgehoben und die Poren, in denen der Pflanzensaft in der lebenden Pflanze floß bleiben sichtbar.Diese „Kanäle“ wurden von der Pflanze in den Fühlingen ihres Lebens geschaffen und Ihre wechselnde Folge erzählt uns die Geschichte des Baumes, wie viele Jahre er gelebt hat, wie schnelle er gewachsen ist, wie die Umwelt beschaffen war, in der er sich befand. La patine laisse les caractéristiques du bois s’exprimer et montre ‘’les pores du bois’’, soulignant ainsi son aspect. Les pores que la sève utilise pour alimenter chaque arbre vivant sont clairement visibles dans le grain du bois. Il trattamento termico del legno è un procedimento ad alto contenuto tecnologico che consiste nel riscaldare il legno a temperature comprese tra 180°C e 230°C per modificarne le caratteristiche chimico-meccaniche. Si ottiene così un materiale nuovo, dalle sfumature più scure , ecologico al 100%, stabile, resistente all’acqua , alle variazioni climatiche e all’attacco di parassiti. La lavorazione termica del legno è il risultato di un’innovativa tecnologia che dà al nostro prodotto una maggiore qualità, e fa in modo che la Vostra casa assuma un nuovo livello di eleganza.

Wood heat treatment is a highly technological process that consists in heating wood to temperatures between 180°C and 230°C, thereby altering its chemical and mechanical char-acteristics. Le traitement thermique du bois est un processus à haut contenu technologique qui consiste à chauffer le bois à des températures comprises entre 180°C et 230°C pour modifier ses caractéristiques chimiques et mécaniques. All solid wood products are not dishwashable . Wooden product are sensitive to hear, avoid exposure to direct sunlight or halogen light. Do not leave a solid wood product dipped in water it could wrap. For cleaning use a wet cloth and dry it immediately after. Never forget that wood is a piece of Nature that deserves care and love.

Die Holzartikel von Legnoart sind nicht spülmaschinenfest , sie sollten nicht in Berührung mit Hitzequellen gelangen und nicht dem Sonnenlicht ausgesetzt sein order in der Nähe von Haologenleuchten stehen. Die Holzprodukte sollten auch nicht über längere Zeit in Wasser liegen , da sie sich sonst verziehen können. Zur Reinigung der Holzartikel mit ei-nem feuchten Tuch über das Holz wischen und anschliessend trocknen.
