established its own brand RUILON in 2009 after company’s re-integration . We

are a high-tech enterprise which specializing in component developing ,

Gas Discharge Tubes(GDT)

Gas discharge tubes (GDT) use noble gases enclosed in ceramic tubes to provide an

alternate circuit path for voltage spikes .The ceramic envelope and with nickel

connectors allow for high loads and Ruilon offers products that function at

0.5KA,3KA,5KA,10KA,20KA,40KA,50KA,60KA,100KA&150KA.The breakdown

voltages of the devices have a wide range (up to 20% tolerance) . Major applications

are high frequency telecommunication lines,stations , security systems , HID and high

quality Surge Protection Devices (SPD) . There are 2-electrode type and 3 -

electrode type .

Transient Voltage Suppressors Diodes(TVS) is a voltage limiting over voltage

protection components.It can suppress the high voltage to a safe range with

Thyristor Surge Suppressors(TSS)

TSS is over voltage protection devices which made of thyristor principle . It

conduction discharge by PN junction's breakdown current trigger device , it can

Protection Device TVS/ESD Arrays

Protection Device TVS/ESD Arrays has extremely fast resonpse time（<0.5nS）, low

voltage , small volume , high integration 、Implement multiple data line protection at

the same time , the capacitance value is low（as lower as 0.3pF）, it is ideal for high

frequency data protection device , incdludes SOD923、SOD523、SOD323、SOT23、

SOT23-6L、SOIC-08、SOIC-16 etc different case types , Can realize in a completely

Metal Oxide Varistors(MOV)

Metal oxide varistor is a sintering type Semiconductor type pressure limiting surge

device made by zinc oxide material.Its excellent non-linear characteristics and

superior surge absorption capacity has been widely used in electronic circuits for

protection .

Mainly used for surge protection in AC/DC power supply circuits , all kinds of low

frequency signal、control board and related surge modules.Varistor voltage from 18V
