COMPANY PROFILE Kaldaja sh.a è una società con una grande attività nel settore dell`industria
meccanica dal 1969 e ha sempre mantenuto la stessa struttura del prodotto anche dopo il suo cambiamento in società per azioni nel mese di giugno e la sua privatizzazione completa a Novembre 2001.
I suoi principali prodotti sono:
Gru di diversi tipi:
• Costruzioni d`acciaio• Ponti, ecc• Attrezzature industriali per pneumo-trasporto.• Strutture di carpenteria per le imprese di costruzione, come le forme,
barre metalliche o capannoni di struttura metallica e altri diversi oggetti.• Produzione di vasi sotto pressione, come ad esempio serbatoio sotto la
pressione del gas , bunker, silos ecc.
Con la sua lunga esperienza nel settore della meccanica, "Kaldaja" Sh.a ha, come uno dei suoi componenti principali, una manodopera specializzata di saldatori e assemblatori.
With todays number of employees and inventory of existing materials and machinery, we can achieve a working volume (production and erection) of 80-120 ton/month.
The plant is equipped with: 6 bridge cranes 6-12 tons, metal carpentry machinery, 2 shears up to 16mm, 3 rolling machine 25 x 3000 mm, press brakes 5 x 4000mm, eccentric and hydraulic presses, acetylene equipment, cutters with plasma, electrode and gas welding equipment, a variety of efficient metal working machineries: grounding machines of different capacities, coordinative grounding machine, drilling machines, radial drilling machines etc.
“KALDAJA” SH.A. is located in Shkozet, Durres, which is the industrial area of the city, only 1 km away from the Port of Durres and 200 m from the crossroads of two main roads.
It has a general surface of approximately 9.500 m² and divided in 3 parts:Two of the working units are concrete construction. Their surfaces are 85 x 14 x
2 m = 2400 m² and 86 x 22 x 2 = 3,800 m² each. And the other work shop is a metal construction of 85 x 8.5 = 750 m²; a total of 6100 m² of covered working surface.
For an effective control and better management of the company, in 2008 from its own resources another company DR-KALDAJA was created, dealing with assembly and installation works of the projects we realize.It also owns a territory of 15,000 2 in the area of the Energy Park where we are preparing to build and develop as a main

activity a Solid Base for the support and maintenance of the installations made in this Energy Area meaning the tanks and technologic and protection lines and also the marine assets that serve this area , contemplating in perspective to bring out on ground cistern ships with a capacity of 1000 ton using specific mechanisms.
