Monthly RPO Engagement: People, Resources, and a PlanProvato’s core engagement model is the monthly RPO service. It is intended to be an integrated part of the internal recruiting practices of the company, and provides both short-term, quick-turnaround support, as well as deployment of long-term strategies to support long-term business initiatives.

The RPO service provides dedicated, but scalable, support and resources on a recurring monthly basis. It usually starts at $5,000 per month, but can scale up or down from month to month based on needs.

To ensure consistency and familiarity with the nuances of the business and needs of the hiring managers, we assign a dedicated Lead Recruiter to serve as the primary point of contact between Provato and the client.

Lead Recruiters are responsible for directing the tactical aspects of the engagement within the Provato team, formulating the approach of the search according to the specifics of the need, and providing direction to supporting team members.

The Lead Recruiter is budgeted for a minimum number of hours within a typical monthly RPO budget.

The Lead Recruiter delegates many of the labor-intensive, transactional tasks of sourcing and screening candidates to a team of recruiters called Sourcing Analysts. This produces candidates under a diverse and efficient sourcing methodology.

One of the differentiators of Provato’s success is the tenacity and drive of the Sourcing Analysts. They are typically assigned tasks in short increments, and adhere to a workflow process that is easily measured and evaluated for progress.
