I. CHC NNG NHIM V V YU CU CA H THNG:1. H thng DCS :H thng t ng iu khin vn hnh ti NMT Nm Nn l h thng iu khin phn tn DCS gm 3 my vi tnh ch lin kt vi cc t iu khin LCU1-5 thng qua mng ethernet kp. T iu khin LCU s dng b lp trnh kh trnh PACSystems RX3i c d phng kp. Phng thc ghp ni SCADA gia NMT Nm Nn vi trung tm iu A1 thng qua mng truyn dn cp quang ca Vina.H thng DCS c nhim v gim st, iu khin cc t my pht in, cc h thng thit b chnh v ph tr ti Nh my. Cu hnh bo v ng dy 110kV gm: 01 b r le k thut s bo v chnh cho ng dy PCS-902, 01 b r le k thut s bo v d phng cho ng dy PCS-9611 v 01 b r le trung gian kiu m-un CJX-11 ca hng NARI Trung Quc. Cu hnh bo v my bin p t dng gm: 01 b r le k thut s RCS-9661C.Cc r le bo v truyn thng vi t iu khin LCU thng qua giao thc RS485.3. H thng gim st rung o t my :H thng gim st rung o gm c cc cm bin o rung o c t ti cc v tr khc nhau bn trong bung tuabin, my pht (v tr o, s lng cm bin xem ti Ph lc 03). II. VN HNH :iu 2. Quy nh khi vn hnh h thng iu khin, gim st v bo v:1. H thng DCS :...2. H thng rle bo v : Khi vn hnh h thng rle bo v phi lun lun a vo lm vic y cc chc nng, sn sng bo v tt c cc dng h hng xy ra trong vng bo v. Khi rle ang vn hnh, NVVH khng c php can thip vo qu trnh lm vic t ng ca rle. Trong ch lm vic bnh thng ca h thng bo v, NVVH ch c php: M cc cnh ca cc t xem xt tnh trng thit b trong t.
