Zone 1We all need a little stress and anxiety everyday to help us to accomplish tasks. It puts us a bit on edge and improves our peformance. A little bit of fear helps us to think quickly and therefore makes us work better physically.

Extreme fear and anxiety are not good for us. It is very easy for phobias and fear to rule
your life. If fear is added to
fear it can lead to an anxiety disorder.

commonly reported mental
health problems in the UK. They occur in many different
ways and can take numerous forms. Stress on top of stress can
cause a natural progression to an anxiety disorder.
