    Serration milling on all

    MFM face. Un clamp and unload

    the crank case.

    Assembly Of Main Bearing Cap.

    Deburring and cleaning of

    serrations of MFM.

    Deburring and cleaning of

    serrations of Main bearing

    cap. Tighten all MB Caps at the

    torque 350 ft-lbs.

    Tighten all MB Caps at the

    torque 1100 ft-lbs. Re-open all the MB cap.

    Finally tighten all the MB caps

    at the torque 750 ft-lbs.

    Set up and align the Crank

    case on V-type fixture.

    Rough boring of all the

    bores.

    Semi finish boring of all the

    bores.

    Finish boring of all the

    bores.

    Un clamp and unload the

    cank case for 3rdset up.

    Load,aligne and clamp the crankcase on 3rdset up fixture.

    Rough milling of Top deck centerand both the Top deck (RS&LS).

    Finish milling of Top deck center

    and both the Top deck (RS&LS). Drilling and tapping of Top deck

    center and both the Top deck(RS&LS).

    Clearance machining for crab hole

    and spline nut hole of both theTop deck.

    Drilling and Reaming of spline nuthole of both the top deck (RS&LS).

    Key way (Slot) milling on both thetop deck.

    Rough, semi-finish and finishmilling of CRV pad of both theside (RS & LS).

    Drilling and reaming of CRV padof both the side (RS & LS).

    Un clamp and unload the Crankcase.
