4.7.4 流量資料の検討(妥当性)

流量データについては、BRS より収集した。流量データの存在状況を下表に示す。流量

データの整備が極端に短い観測所については検討対象外とし、観測データが 4 ~ 5 年以上

ある観測所を検討対象とする。また、流量データが長期間存在したとしても、所属する水

資源区域における他の観測所データの傾向と大きく異なる場合や流量が過大/過小と考

えられる観測所についても検討対象から除く。

4.7.5 流況曲線の検討

前述のように適切と考えられる流量観測データを用いて水資源区域(WRR:Water

Resources Region)ごとに整理して流況曲線を作成する。そのうえでデータ不備あるいは

過大/過小と考えられる観測所データを除外し、流況曲線を整理する。流況曲線区分に際

して、①流況曲線の傾向、②気候区分、③年間降水量分布、等を考慮して区分した。流況

曲線の検討手順を図 4.7-6 に、検討結果の流況曲線区分を表 4.7-5 および図 4.7-7 に示す。

また、これらの WRR ごとの各流況曲線区分の流況曲線および流量ハイドログラフを、そ

れぞれ図 4.7-8 および図 4.7-9 に示す。
