Human Resource Management: Handling the employee’s grievance. Workers and staff Payroll process. IF records Handling all committees and committee grievances. Worker & staff movements Personal records

Health & safety:

Handle all Legal and safety documents and updating. Check and update all the fire equipments i.e., Fire extinguishers, MCP, Smock cum Heat

Detector,Security alarm, Intrusion alarm and Fire hydrant system

Provide and check the PPE’s to all workers ( Only the required place) Check the PPE’s working condition. Coordinate with the safety committee.

Training & Developments:

Conducting all training as per the annual training plan which is mentioned below

SA 8000:2008, ISO (QMS 9001:2008), WRAP, GOTS & OCS Awareness training and making training log to all Employees

Health and Safety awareness training to all employees Factory and Buyer COC to all employees Security Awareness training to all securities Mock Drill to all employees and explain how to evacuate during the emergency situation from

the working Place. Fire fighting training and display the fire fighting trained people list. First aid training with SAINT JOHN AMBULANCE Association. Induction & PPE’s training to new joiners. Emergency responsible plan & procedure to emergency responsible team. Committee election as per the election procedures.

Compliance & Auditing:

Responsibility of SA 8000:2008, SEDEX, ISO (QMS 9001:2008), WRAP, OEKO TEX-100, GOTS & OCS Certification process, Social Compliance audit, Implementing & Following Buyer COC and played roles as like Welfare Officer, Grievance Handling Manager and Management representative.

Conducting internal SA 8000:2008, ISO 9001:2008 and WRAP audit as per the internal auditing Plan.

Creating Internal auditing schedule Review of NON-Conformance and taking corrective action plan for Internal and External

Audits. Making new formats for Production, Quality and Maintenance departments as per the

requirements. Analysing the data’s of rejection, rework, delivery performance and Customer enquiry

converted into orders.

Security Systems:

Check and found the security records. Conducting security inspection training. Check the container inspection records Check and educate about the intrusion alarm systems Monitoring the CCTV’s and check the backup

Administrative activities:

Monitoring the House Keeping. Monitoring the transports arrangements and movements Assist with preparation of the Quotation Environmental testing and Updating i.e. Noise, Water, Illumination, Stack emission &

Temperature. Handling the Hostel grievances.
