    descrierea principiilor unei memorii cache, esteintrodus noiunea de eficien, pe baza a doumecanisme de localizare: localizarea spaial ilocalizarea temporal. Eficiena este studiat ca ofuncie de capacitate a memoriei cache, lund nconsiderare influena mai multor parametri.Rezultatele sunt foarte utile n evaluareacomportamentului sistemelor de memorie n diferiteaplicaii.

    n lucrare, este prezentat metoda de comandelaborat de ICPE-SAERP pentru comanda trenuluiformat din rame de metrou sau vagoane-motoare detramvai (metrou uor), care const n comanda prinviteza impus trenului, att n regimul de traciune, cti n cel de frnare electric (cu recuperarea energieii reostatic de diferen/rezerv).

    n acest caz, semnalul de vitez impus trenului esterealizat n blocul-pilot activ, n funcie de semnalelesosite de la controlerul de bord activ (acionat de ctremecanicul trenului) i, respectiv, n funcie desemnalele primite de la echipamentele ce asigursigurana circulaiei i se transmite pe magistrala luide comand n lungul trenului.Echipamentul de comand al fiecrui boghiu primetesemnalul de vitez impus de la magistral i-lintroduce n regulatorul de vitez al boghiului;mrimea de ieire intr apoi n regulatorul de curent almotorului ce antreneaz boghiul, ca mrime impus.Astfel, fiecare boghiu este independent din punctul de

    vedere al acionrii i contribuie, n egal msur cucelelalte boghiuri, la antrenarea trenului.Aceast metod rezolv implicit problemele depatinare (n regimul de traciune) i blocare a roilor (nregimul de frnare electric).

    Fenomenele care au loc ntr-un ecran electromagneticsunt complexe (absorbie, reflecie, transmisie). Elesunt determinate de parametrii macroscopici aimaterialului (, , ), grosimea lui, frecvena radiaiei

    i unghiul de inciden. Lucrarea prezint o metodoriginal de vizualizare i msur a eficacitiiecranrii. Aceast metod are avantajul simplitii ispre deosebire de metoda celulei TEM care sebazeaz pe izomorfismul matematic (ecran plan infinitvs. linii de transmisie coaxiale), valideaz pentruprima dat prediciile teoretice. Chiar dac este exactdin punct de vedere formal, conform unor numeroaselucrri n domeniu, acest izomorfism nu a fost validatexperimental pn n prezent, n domeniul probelorgroase din punct de vedere electric.

Unul dintre lacuri este pe baz de rinisolubile n ap-alcooli, cu indicele de temperaturcorespunztor clasei termice F (155C) i cellalt laceste pe baz de rini solubile n alcooli, cu indicele detemperatur corespunztor clasei termiceH (180C). Ambele lacuri sunt utilizate la impregnareamotoarelor, transformatoarelor, balasturilor electrice i

    Rezumat in l. Romn - n prezenta lucrare seprezint o tehnic de msurare continu a umiditiicerealelor n instalaii de uscare, utiliznd un senzorcu microunde. S-au efectuat teste pentru calibrare ndomeniul de umiditate; 7 29 %, iar n cadrul

    instalaiei de uscare; 7-18 %. S-au determinat valoriledeviaiilor standard, care pentru msurtorile decalibrare are valoarea de 0.51 %, iar pentrumsurtorile efectuate continuu n cadrul procesuluide 0,39 %. Testele s-au efectuat la diferitetemperaturi.

    The present paper intends to analyze the methods ofefficiency computing for a cache memory from acomputer memory system. After describing theprinciples of a cache memory, the efficiency isintroduced based on the two locality mechanisms: thespace locality and the time locality. The efficiency isstudied as a function of the cache memory capacity,taking into account the influence of severalparameters. The results are very useful in evaluatingthe memory system behavior in different applications.

    The paper will present the speed control systemdeveloped at ICPE SAERP SA Bucharest for tractionequipments consisting in more than one drive, as thetwo-motored tramcar, the double-unit metro or thetractor coach for railway are. The system containshierarchical processor controllers for speed andtorque. The main connections between processorunits are serial connections, and the communicationprotocol has special safety tasks. The speedregulators are based on velocity measurements of theaxles and are located at main controllers in order tooperate at low frequency. Each of the motor units isdriven with individual power converters. Inside thepower converter is located a slave processor whichperforms the current regulation based on the localtransducers. The diagnose tasks are both global with

    master controller and local by every slave controller,so the central diagnose task can operate the data withhigh resolution. The system allows the addition ofseveral motored units and can be driven from aselectable cabin. Further converter and motorevolution will easily fit inside the system.

    Phenomena taking place into an electromagneticshield are complex (absorption, reflection,transmission). They are determined by material/shieldmacroscopic parameters (, , ), its thickness,radiation's frequency and incidence angle. The paper

    deals with an original method for visualization andmeasurement of shielding effectiveness. This methodhas the advantage of simplicity and validates for thefirst time theoretical predictions as opposed to TEMcell method based on mathematical isomorphism(infinite plane shield vs. coaxial transmission lines).Even if it is formally accurate, it has not beenexperimentally validated up to present, in the area ofelectrically thick samples, according to numerousworks in the field.

    This paper presents the first implementation of thedynamic-statistical method of time series analysis andprediction applied onto the Electromagnetism domain the Box-Jenkins methodology, onboard of themilitary maritime ship i.e. the frigate. The intentionconsists in determining a short-time prediction of theonboard microcomputers behaviour against theelectromagnetic disturbances (interferences) on thewhole - that is to determine their reliability whilefunctioning.

    In this paper we present two ecological andelectroinsulating varnishs used for impregnation,created as an expermenthal model.One of these two varnishs is based on a resinsolubiles in alcohol-water, with thermal indexaccording with therm class F (155oC). The secondvarnish is based on a resin solubiles in alcohols withthermal index according with therm class H (180oC).Both of these two varnishs are used for theimpregnation of the electrical motors, transformators,electrical ballasts. Each of them has more advantagesthen the classic varnishs with toxic solvents.

    For moisture measurements at the inlet and the outletof grain dryers, a planar microwave resonator wastested within a collaboration of the ATB Potsdam andthe company TEWS Elektronik, Hamburg. Laboratorymeasurements on wheat samples with moisturecontents between 7% and 29% were carried out. Themeasuring technique and the applied sensor aresuitable for both measuring positions. It is necessaryto apply different calibration relations for the inlet and

    the outlet of the dryer. For the inlet of the dryer, themoisture measurement for moistures from 7% to 18%resulted in a standard deviation of sd = 0,39%. For theoutlet of the dryer, the moisture measurement formoistures from 7% to 29% resulted in a standarddeviation of sd = 0,51%. The test measurements werecarried out without variation of the wheatstemperature. The calibrations will be extended later bymeasuring the wheat at different temperatures.
