Teller - Retail banking Sector at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank ADIB- Egypt for one year from 2013 till November 2014

Job Duties and Tasks for: "Teller"

1) Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers at ends of shifts, and calculate daily transactions using computers, calculators, or adding machines.

2) Cash checks and pay out money after verifying that signatures are correct, that written and numerical amounts agree, and that accounts have sufficient funds.

3) Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts, and check accuracy of deposit slips.

4) Examine checks for endorsements and to verify other information such as dates, bank names, identification of the persons receiving payments and the legality of the documents.

5) Enter customers' transactions into computers in order to record transactions and issue computer-generated receipts.

6) Count currency, coins, and checks received, by hand or using currency-counting machine, in order to prepare them for deposit or shipment to branch banks or the Federal Reserve Bank.

7) Identify transaction mistakes when debits and credits do not balance.

8) Prepare and verify cashier's checks.

9) Arrange monies received in cash boxes and coin dispensers

According to denomination.

2- Customer experience expert (CEE) in operation sector – at VFS Tasheel International Company from 2 august 2015 till date.

Responsibilities:

1) Call applicant using EQMS

2) Verify applicant identity

3) Review documents quickly and MOFA to check mission destination. Check the validity of the passport and photos with white background .

4) Check the APPREF on OPSYS regarding the Visa tybe and number of applicants and their data . then update additional charges ( SMS.Courier.Photocopy.and photograph) and medical fees if needed.

5) Ask applicant for amount requested .count it correctly then submit it on OPSYS and inform him that the amount is included all the services .

6) Then typing step is to fill in all the applicants details on OPSYS .and create e-number using ENJAZ web site.

7) Copy transaction codes from ENJAZ to OPSYS

8) Put the e-numbers.check the amount again and the documents collected . then press submit to print ICR and barcodes .

9) Put the barcodes on the passports . courier paper and ICR .
