Planning & Optimization of RELIANCE 3G J&K.
SC Planning for new added sites in the network.
Identification and analysis of key issues on the network in
orderto achieve QoS targets for 3G/2G.
TRACE Analysis of protocols like CAMEL, MAP, MTP1, MTP2,
MTP3,SSCP,TCAP using Wireshark fortroubleshooting KPI related
problem to achieve QoS targets.
Suggest implementation changes to concerned person if found any
problem in trace.
Analysis of air interface signaling, neighbor relations.
Handling of HSDPA & SCFT issues like Low Throughput,
Improper Ho, Setup failure etc. byoptimization skills.
Handling Planning & Optimization for new rollout sites along
with taking care of various radio parameters.
Preparation of Various CRF Viz. for new Site Creation, Site
Deletion, HO Creation/Deletion, ICR HOCreation.
Handover Creation & Deletion of various 3G-2G, 2G-3G, 3G-3G,
2G-2G & ICR Networks.
Taking care of changes in various parameters for Smooth working
of data/video/voice.
Analysis of Drive logs provided by field engineers using Post
Processing Tools like: GenexAssistant, Actix Analyzer, X-cap on
various Projects.
Analysis of various KPI reports viz. Call drop, HO reports, TA
Reports.
Taking care for Site Utilization & New Site Planning
accordingly.
Monitoring and Maintaining KPIs, Cell Utilization, Traffic and
Drop analysis from various reports.
Parameter level Optimization.
Generating the various reports & MML dumps on hourly-daily
basis.
Alarm Monitoring on daily basis for proper working of sites.
Handling customer complaints.
Cluster optimization, KPI maintenance, RF Optimization in
launching time of Reliance 3G J&K.
Planning for HSN, MAIO, BSIC and other related Hopping
parameters that can help to reduce theinterference to minimum
level.
