Çift sıra ekim, uygun çift sıra ekim makinesi ve uygun tohum çeşidi kullanılarak,tohumların,sıra üzerine tek sıra yerine yan yana iki sıralı,fakat yeterli kök alanı sağlamak amacıyla tohumların birbirine çapraz şekilde ekilmesidir.Şakalak A.Ş tarafından geliştirilen çift sıralı çapraz ekim makineleri ile hem birim alandaki bitki sayısı istenilen miktarda arttırılmakta, hem de sıralar arasındaki mesafe mekanizasyon bakımından istenilen düzeyde ayarlanabilmektedir.Şakalak çift sıra çapraz ekim makinası ile Tohumlar 20 cm aralıkta iki sıra üzerinde ve çapraz konumlanacak biçimde ekilebilmektedir.20 cm çizgi aralığı ile çift sıra ekim yapabilen ikiz ekim üniteleri pnömatik hassas ekim makinesi şasesi üzerine istenilen aralıklarda, istenilen sayıda montaj edilebilmektedir. Her ünite birbirinden bağımsız çalışmaktadır.Çift sıra çapraz ekimde kullanılan sıra arası mesafeler 60-65-70-75 cm.dir.İkiz ekim ünitesine sahip pnömatik hassas çift sıra çapraz ekim makineleri 2,3,4,5,6, sıralı yapılabilmektedir.Çift sıra çapraz ekim ünitesi diskli tiptir.Hassas ve hızlı ekim yapar.İsteğe bağlı olarak gübre teşkilatlı veya gübresiz olarak üretilebilirler.Şakalak çift sıra çapraz ekim makinası; şakalak disk ayaklı pnömatik ekim makinasının tüm özelliklerine sahiptir.Çift sıra çapraz ekim makinesi tüm arazi tiplerinde düze ve sırta ekim yapılabilir. Çift sıra ekim yöntemi, ülkemizde özellikle mısır, yerfıstığı vb. bitkilerde uygulanmaktadır. Şakalak çift sıra çapraz ekim makinası ile dekara ekilen bitki sayısı %40 civarında arttırıldığından ortalama olarak birim alandan %20 verim artışı sağlanabilmektedir.Ayrıca; Şakalak çift sıra çapraz ekim makinası, yüksek çalışma hızı ve mükemmel performansı ile yakıt ve zamandan tasarruf ile yüksek verim sağlayan bir ekim makinasıdır.

Twin Rows Planting is planting the seed in the across way as two seeds instead of one for providing enough root space with a suitable twin row planter and a seed.With the twin rows planters which were improved by Şakalak A.Ş the quantity of the plant are increased and also row distance is adjusted in the requested level in terms of mechanization.With Şakalak twin rows planters , the seeds can be planted on two rows and across with 20 cm distance.Twin seeding units which can plant two rows with 20 cm distance are mounted with the wanted quantity and distance on the pneumatic planter frame. Each unite can able to work independently.The row distances which can be used with twin rows planters are 60-65-70-75 cm.Pneumatic Precision Twin Rows Planters can be built as 2,3,4,5,6,8, rows.Twin Rows Planters are disc type. They plant precisely and fast.The planters can be produced with and without fertilizer depending on a request.Şakalak Twin Rows Planters have all the same features which şakalak disc type pneumatic planters have.Twin Rows Planters can plant on every kind of field types, flat and also on ridge. Twin Rows planting method is applied in Turkey especially for maize, groundnut etc. With Şakalak twin rows planters average %20 yield rise is provided due to the quantity of the product which is seeded to an acres is increased around %40.Besides; with Şakalak Twin Rows Planters high yield and fuel and time saving can be provided with high working speed and perfect performance.
